Its a good place to go when you or the wife doesnt know what they want to eat. Or are with your elders. Food is hot. Salad bar has a great selection. If you have young kids they will love the variety of foods from pizza to spaghetti to chicken tenders and fries. Not to mention all the deserts and ice creams. If you are trying to eat healthy, there is always baked fish, baked chicken, steaks, steamed fresh vegetables and a whole lot more.
This was the first time visiting a Golden Coral since before Covid. The restaurant was clean and the employees seemed friendly!! Our visit was around 10 am and there was an ample amount of food options available and almost everything looked fresh! The food was good.
We went mainly for the salad bar and because we hadn't been here in a few months. The food was ok. A lot of things weren't hot yet, such as cheese for broccoli, and the soups. The fried chicken seemed leftover from the night before. It was greasy and dried out from reheating and sitting. The baked chicken was ok. My husband loved the baked fish. We tried some of the steamed vegetables. The zucchini was labeled incorrectly and was very over cooked and mushy. The vegetables...
