Food will always get a 5 star. Nothing like good old fashion home cooked soul food that wraps your stomach and holds you tight. The young ladies were nice that took our drink orders as well as the staff from the kitchen when coming out. However, this place is in desperate need of a renovation. Granny's is definitely the place to go if you are wanting a Southern home cooked meal. They have something for everyone including baked or fried chicken, baked or fried fish, southern sides, salad bar, ice cream and even some sugar free deserts. They have additional meat choices that change from day to day. When you go in you can choose your own seat and the waiter will take your drink order, refills and any condiments you may need if it's not on the bar or table already....
Best southern cooking in the area and the very best bread pudding anywhere in the world. I appreciate the servers.... they keep the drinks filled and are always smiling! I wish the owners would clean up/upgrade a little. I never use the dark dingy bathrooms and it just seems like a dive. Doesn't stop me from going though ?
