Food was dry and getting cold but was very good. Unfortunately every time we go the squeeze sauce container ( yum yum sauce) is always empty. The cashier is always talking on her phone and it's not a phone order so she really isn,'t social poor on greeting customers or welcoming them to return. And I think they should have the volume up a little on their TV or at least captions turned on.

Costant servers without any intrusion. They are great!
The food was cold and tasted bad. The Cashier is a terrible person. Her demeanor was not friendly at all. I watched her treat a homeless guy very badly. She didn't allow him to receive the full service of all you can eat with a drink or a seat that was paid for in full by another gentleman. An Assistant got his food for him, no drink then kicked him out. I did intervene for a brief moment to stand up for him. I refuse to dine at this restaurant again.

This used to be my favorite restaurant. In the past few months the quality of the food has changed. One of my favorites is sunflower or coconut shrimp. Lately it's almost always empty or there are just crumbs, bits, and pieces in the pan. The Salmon has changed as well.

We love Hibachi Grill. We have been coming here for years. We don’t live in West Monroe anymore but when we come through we always stop. They have the best Chinese buffet I’ve ever eaten at and we’ve eaten all over the country. If you’ve never had it you’re definitely missing out!
