I had not been to IHOP in quite some time. Overall the experience was good. Clean restaraunt and friendly staff, and I was able to order off the $6 breakfast menu which was a real value. The only problem was that my omelet and pancakes were luke warm at best. Not sure how that happened since it came out quickly. The food taste was fine but it was hard to get excited about a cool in temperature breakfast. This made me wonder if the food was not prepared when I ordered it.

JALAPENO Burger- very bland. I ate less than ¹/² and took my Dad the rest. Without warning him of my opinion he texted me later that it was not a good burger. The meat had no seasoning and it was greasy (not in a comforting way). Our server(s) were friendly but rarely seen. Refills and meal fulfillment were slow. Including us only 3 tables were used. Place was clean. Music was loud and we were placed back to back with another used table that talked too loud about their bed bugs problem (not restaurant's fault but it added to the atmosphere)

Our server was the best. Carlton was polite and went beyond in kindness and professionalism. Order was taken immediately and it took a while to get food. They were extremely busy on Christmas night. Food was fantastic and order was correct. Omelet was fantastic. One of the better IHOP's I've visited.

The food was very greasy, the service was not very pleasant, the food took too long and there were only 3 of us in the entire IHOP, the coffee was very cold and he got upset when I asked to change it because he wanted the coffee hot, but the taste was not pleasant like ai I would have made it very early but the order was not correct and the waitress told me to order that and I asked her to check her notes and there she changed but she did not apologize, very arrogant, I just keep saying that I would never return to that IHOP and now I know why I was empty
Just left the ihop at pecan land mall. Haven't been here in 2 years. Wife and I decided to come here and hopefully enjoy a good meal. We both wanted the all you can eat pancakes. Menu said all you can eat pancakes 5 dollars or free with breakfast sampler. She ordered eggs,bacon,sausage,ham,and hash browns with 2 extra eggs. She didn't get the ham,hashbrowns,or sausage and did not get the pancakes. I got an omelet which was only ok,and got my pancakes. First thing I asked when seated is do they give senior citizen discount. The server said yes. The server told the cook about my wife not getting her pancakes and you could hear him all through the place saying she must have changed her mind which she did not. The server never refilled my coffee and never brought more pancakes. Got the ticket,no discount, and did not reduce the charge for my wife's meal. The manager acted like it was a federal offense to give a discount. We will NEVER go there ever again. I thought the ihop on airline drive in bossier city was bad but this one has them beat. Server said the General Managers name is Tina. I don't know but they probably don't read these posts because like their employees, they don't care either.

Some of the worst food I've ever had I had the eggs Benedict and it had no flavor barely had any hollandaise sauce on it my order was also wrong I won't be ever dining here again server was awesome

I got to ihop at 6:40 am. The lights were low and there was no one to greet me. I walked around the restaurant and noticed that most of the tables were dirty. It appeared that someone had been prepping silverware on a back table, but the napkins were in the floor and no one was to be found. I finally saw the reflection of someone in the kitchen who was leaning on a wall talking on her phone. Thanks for wasting my time before work, West Monroe IHOP! I will not make the mistake of going there again.

The food and service were great. I had car trouble in the parking lot right after our meal, and the staff was kind enough to welcome us to wait inside while help came.
