I haven't been here in more than 5 years due to several bad experiences, however, on Christmas night, there weren't many options for supper and I was items to complete any quick meals. My son and I decided to visit IHOP instead of the overcrowded Waffle House across the street. First, the hostess was nice and seated us quickly. Most important part of our visit, the waitress was absolutely Wonderful!!! She was very attentive and pre-apologetic, as anticipation of delays from the kitchen due to the number of people in the restaurant. The food arrived hot and tasty, as expected, since there was a little bit of a wait. The only complaint I could say about this visit, the kitchen/floor manager (I'm guessing) came out and she was snippy with the hostess and her demeanor was a bit rude with the staff. But, let's face it, it was Christmas night and I'm sure none of them wanted to work the shift. EVEN THOUGH that is part of working in the food service industry.

My husband and I joined our family for breakfast. The service and food were the best we've had! The servers were pleasant and took care of our party by making sure we had everything we needed! I had the strawberry cheesecake pancakes with strawberries and whipped cream on top and they were delicious! Very satisfied!

Had not been to this location for a while but visited this past weekend. Was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and had great service. Will be visiting again soon, the kids loved the hot chocolate with sprinkles too!

I stopped going to IHop because the food wasn’t good in Monroe but today I went to the one in West Monroe and it was amazing!!!! My burger was perfect. Their bbq bacon burger is one of my favorites. Janet A was my server. She did an amazing job and check on us several times during of meal to make sure we were doing good. No complaints at all it was an amazing dining experience!
