Food was very good here, though service was a bit slow and the restrooms needed cleaning badly. We were there for 930am sunday breakfast, there was hardly anyone there, food didn't come until almost 1030 and had a little trouble getting any refills but it was all hot and delicious. Women's bathroom needed cleaning badly we did not use the men's.

Came in for breakfast. The food was cooked to perfection. The server, Carlton was AMAZING. Quick, efficient, kind, very personable. The manager Erin is wonderful, very kind. 10/10 would recommend.

I had not been to IHOP in quite some time. Overall the experience was good. Clean restaraunt and friendly staff, and I was able to order off the $6 breakfast menu which was a real value. The only problem was that my omelet and pancakes were luke warm at best. Not sure how that happened since it came out quickly. The food taste was fine but it was hard to get excited about a cool in temperature breakfast. This made me wonder if the food was not prepared when I ordered it.
