Good was great service was quick. Anytime I travel to West Monroe I stop in for a pizza. I was disappointed in trying to call ahead and not getting anyone. Apparently they were doing some sort of event. I would think they could still take orders by phone.
Parking: Easy parking in front of store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for anyone in a wheel chair or walker.

This Johnnys has gone downhill since the other manager left 4 or so years ago. I've been in 5 times in the last 12 months and ordered a thin and crispy pepperoni but it is never done right. A couple of times it was poorly sliced. I'm sure they are having trouble finding good employees and even more trouble keeping them off their smartphones. But it really just boils down to the management. Gone is the Johnnys of my younger days.

Cannot go wrong for the price! $12 a person buffet with drink, pizza, salad and dessert pizza. Everything was delicious! Would come back here in a heartbeat!
Pizza is always pretty good. I've been eating it for years. My main complaint is, I regularly get a pizza that you can tell someone previously made or the pizza cutter was used on a jalapeno pizza.
