The food has always been ok but if you order more than 2 things something will be forgotten. We are a family of 4 and even if I ask for my order to be repeated back at the window something is always missing in the bag. They are also very slow so you would think that time would be going to checking the bags. The employee at the window is always nice and seems happy to be there so it's so sad that this happens so much. We keep going back because our kids love the Mac n cheese.

Ordered food in the app, as well as, ordered through the drive thru using a coupon. My food was ready just within a few minutes of pulling up to the window. The young lady was very polite, friendly and courteous! Our food was delicious and hot when I arrived home. It was refreshing to have this type of experience!
I called the restaurant to let them know how pleased we were and found out that the lady at the window was one of the managers. I was able to speak with her and thank her again for such great service.

I took my client there this evening to pick up an online order, my 1st time doing so. And went straight to window and to my surprise I hear the STORE MANAGER(BLUE SHIRT) talkin about me in a RUDE way. Not knowing the drive thru window was still open. So, after going in to get my order SHE WAS STILL RUDE!! I guess she wanted to sit in the office on that chair she was sitting in and was upset that she had an order to fix!! How can she teach good customer service when she doesn’t have it!!
