I gave the place 1. Star for the service because every time I place a Togo order the short Chinese lady always and I mean always have an attitude when I come in to dine her attitude is always just Awful.. I wouldn’t frequent this place much but my family enjoys it but I absolutely do not like spending my hard earned dollars at place with service as such from one person everyone else provide outstanding service..

Went yesterday first time the food was too salty for me to eat then the second time they gave me old food and it had a bad smell after sending that back I didn’t want anything else but they had a lady come back to tell me they couldn’t refund my meal that I didn’t touch after explaining the problem and letting them smell it because it was a obvious problem they were trying to make me take the food then proceeded to call the police the only thing that was food was my waitresses service
Every time we have been, the food is tasty and freshly made. The service has been good as well. However tonight, my husband and I went and the atmosphere was absolutely horrible. I’m glad we decided NOT to take the kids with us. The hostess was being extremely disrespectful to the manager. She was also interacting with some of the other workers and cussing out loud repeatedly with whatever they were discussing as if she were at home or a party instead of at work. She was also on her cell phone most of the time just as her fellow workers. At one point there were 4 waitresses at the bar area discussing weed and how they could get some for one of the other workers. Tonight was a prime example of businesses that are a poor example of professionalism. This is suppose to be a family restaurant but now we are hesitant to ever step foot back in there with our children. Management needs to get a backbone, control their employees, and set ground rules on what’s acceptable and what’s not.
