I'm not sure what changed, but as of recently, the food has been incredible, much better than I remember; pizzas are perfect (at least the one I got), cut perfectly and topped perfectly and the bread is dang good to boot too!

I called for an hour straight and couldn’t get anything other than a busy tone. So I went there myself to place my order to find out they intentionally had their phone off the hook so they didn’t have to take any more orders since it was an hour till close. ? If that’s their problem then they should find somewhere else to work

Spend 20 dollars on a meal and ask for a 10 cent cup of sauce and I'm told I didn't orde any. What has the world come to that everywhere is so greedy they want you to pay for condiments. I mean seriously. It's damn ridiculous
