47 years old first time to go to McAlister's and I was not disappointed!! I recommend their choose two meal deal. You can get a half a sandwich with soup or you can choose a half a sandwich with a salad or you can choose salad or soup. It was all very good

First thing I realized was the hair in the spud. Went in to return it. They replaced my food. Get back to my vehicle and notice no au jus. I was already running late at this point. Not worth the $20

I ordered a spud max no cheese add tomatoes and picked it up in the drive through . I received a potato with ham, turkey and tomatoes. I returned to the counter inside to ask for the other toppings and the manager at the counter Britney was very rude. I then got a potato with some bacon and literally 3 black olive slices and a couple of green onions added. I had also ordered chili with some tortilla chips and received no chips. I had to return to my car and get my debit card to pay for some chips to go with the chili and was thrown the bag of chips in my hand and slapped the receipt for that from Jordan. My granddaughter was so upset after this visit. We won’t be going back there.

Before they moved the building across the street, the West Monroe McAllister's was amazing. After moving across the street, I assumed they were under new management, because the attitude of everyone there had changed. Whatever, I was unbothered by that change. Fast-forward like a year and 5 or 6 orders later, every single time I've ordered the same exact thing - grilled chicken caesar wrap. Every single time, it's just lettuce and chicken (mostly just lettuce) lazily slapped on a tortilla. That's it. It's like 3 ingredients, it's the simplest item on the menu to make. Chicken, lettuce, caesar dressing. I pretty much never complain or send my food back at restaurants, but after 5 or 6 times of this happening, I became really tired of the dry lettuce wrap I was receiving. I turned in the wrap to get a new one, stating that there had been no caesar dressing on my chicken caesar wrap. I mean come on, it's in the name, people! I received a new one without a pickle. After that I just gave up. Age is making certain things not worth pursuing. But I will not be going back to the West Monroe McAllister's ever again. Every person that works there treats their job as a joke and has a terrible attitude. I guess that happens when all you hire are young women just out of highschool. Seriously, why is it only women who work there?

A bit overpriced for what it is, but good food. But honestly, do your employees ever answer the phone? Have called 3 days in a row after 1pm to place an order and noone ever answers so I just go elsewhere. Day 4 of no answer so I deducted another star. This is ridiculous. There is absolutely noone in your store when I drove by. Why are you not answering the phone!

I seriously never do reviews, but as I ate lunch here today it was like a breathe of fresh air, kind people, people working and cleaning and asking if you need anything, you just don’t get good service hardly anywhere anymore so when you do it’s so nice .
