you're employees attitudes suck . went there to get lunch and i asked the lady two different questions she couldn't answer or speak back and didn't even make eye contact . knowing she heard me bc she did the things I asked or shook her head to my question. and she's able to speak bc I heard her talking a different employee...like wtf
I hope this reaches manager Cody who decided that me coming to let him know our food had multiple hairs in was disrespectful of me. Even though he refused to give me his name or another managers name he must be such a crappy manager that his other employees gave me his name in hope he would get in trouble for his behavior. some of the rudest people at the Thomas rd store. if I say good morning, they don't speak. when I get my change back, I say thank you, and have a good day. they say nothing, and just shut the sliding door. I'm always friendly, but I will never go back. The morning shift ard rude.
