Well, I havent had McDonald's in a long time. This one had fair reviews and I was wanting a good burger. Ugh so dry, not hot, just sucked. Too bad.

Fast food at it's finest...
This location was quicker than it's sister 2 exits up I20 but, it wasn't as fast as McD's used to be. The food was good. The cost was about the norm. The portion sizes have changed over the past few years but, that's been standard across all restaurants. We will stop I'm again sometime and see if it's any quicker.

Ordered 2 bigmac meals. Never seen pattys this small. Hardly no sause. Bun was falling apart. So bad i dont want mcdonalds ever again. Defintly missleading because nothing big about it. Need to rename it.

Went to there with family and easily spent 46.00 the manager acted like it was a problem to fix their mess up.. all the sparky comments and laughs were uncalled for..

The management and leadership of this place is really really amazing and they do not at all at all at all. Make white people feel any more comfortable than any brown or any black employees working they do not exclude them. They do not make them feel like they don't belong they are not they do not give them a hard time. This does not happen with the employees and it certainly does not happen with the customers and I really appreciate that the leadership and management make sure that there's respect love and care for every single person, regardless of the color of their skin whether they're black or white or blue or yellow or purple for that matter and they're really caring and nice and respectful to all, and do not discriminate or give advantages to people that might be White or anyone else they're very fair. They're very honest and they're very just and there's no pulling leg of any employees are making them uncomfortable or going extra mile to make people of color or Black people feel uncomfortable. They also don't give extra extra extra benefits and extra extra love for all the white folks that come sit at the place for long hours and stare at other customers excessively. They make sure that everyone comes at McDonald's is loving, caring, kind, and compassionate and respectful of all the customers and there's no overly aggressive, aggressive intimidating vibes from anyone which is really appreciated. The management goes a long, long, long way to make sure that everyone feels safe, comfortable and welcomed in the place, which is really appreciated. Thank you so much the leadership and management and even at the corporate level and at the store level this is made sure that happens. Thank you so much for bringing this making this a family oriented, nice caring, loving respectful place you guys are awesome amazing thank you so much for all you do and take it easy as well because you deserve to have a McDonald's break.

First off the little white boy working the counter with the long black hair in a pony tail, glasses and funky mustache needs a attitude check. If you cant have a decent attitude get a job where you don't have to speak to customers. I was told by my friend that he was making rude comments. Very unprofessional. I placed a order on the app for my friend to pick up at the counter and she was told by the boy at the counter she was not able to pick up my order. I called and spoke to the manager as to why nkt ans the manager said my order was ready and there. And could hear the guy in the background complaining. Don’t know what the “new system” is but it sucks. Lastly the burger bun was soggy and nasty.

8/7/2025- the person at the window giving orders was very unprofessional. Just handed over the order and closed the window. I was missing my milk so I came around again to get it and she didn't apologize for it nor acknowledgedher mistake, with a blant discussed face just opened the window looked at us and we said you missed my milk. She gave this discussed face again and shut the window without a word, same way she handed my milk. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there.
