No paper to print receipt, told to pull to door and wait, 5 cars waited on before employee came out with part of order. Asked for the rest of my order. No one came back to car. Went inside to listen to employees laugh, about the employee that told them about part of order missing.But nothing seemed important to them fulfilling order that had been paid for, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! MCDONALDS FAIL FOR THE NIGHT!

Everyone seems so miserable. They practically toss you your food out the window, don't speak, and close the window before you can even ask for napkins or ketchup or anything. But this comment won't change anything and McDonald's corporate just apologizes without saying anything so who really cares.

Made a order using my app. Sent me deaf boyfriend to pick up order is why I order through the app to begin with. Order was over 35.00 and they failed to give a straw for the only drink that was ordered and failed to give the orders of large fries that was paid for. Tried calling them so he could return to puck up the rest of our food but they refuse to answer the phone. This was a wasted trip for 35.00 worth of food and only get burgers and one drink given and the gas that was used to return and get rest of the order. This was a curbside pickup so they had plenty of time to double check the order before bringing it outside this is on a Sunday not that busy at 11am
Fairly standard McDonalds, just what we needed passing through on a long drive. Staff was friendly enough, facilities were clean, and food was ready in good time.
Ordered a meal deal (cheesburger, 4pc nuggets, and fries), a large double quarter pounder meal, a small Mcflurry, and a pumpkin & cream pie. All were up to standard and hit the spot.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. Every time we come here it's the same. Absolutely terrible service, the wait times are outrageous, and the food is either wrong or cold. This location needs new management to fix the problems that have clearly trickled down.
