8/7/2025- the person at the window giving orders was very unprofessional. Just handed over the order and closed the window. I was missing my milk so I came around again to get it and she didn't apologize for it nor acknowledgedher mistake, with a blant discussed face just opened the window looked at us and we said you missed my milk. She gave this discussed face again and shut the window without a word, same way she handed my milk. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be there.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Casey today. He was extremely helpful and had a great attitude and did not mind swapping toys out for two children and therefore helping me avoid dealing with a meltdown lol. Shoutout to Casey for being the GOAT

Patricia the night manger is AWESOME. I went to the McDonald's on Wells road in West Monroe and had to get a refund. Left and went to Thomas road where I met Ms. Patricia. Told her about my experience and she did everything to make it right!.She's the absolute best, attitude, accuracy and the food was fresh! Thank you

They forgot the apple slices in my Happy Meal order so I only received one tiny fry and nuggets. They also only gave me one sauce when I requested 2. Quick service though!

I order a Double Quarter Pound and ask for no ketchup add mayo, lettuce and tomato. Can't get it right. Most of the time they take everything OFF OR ONLY put mayo let and tomato.

Have to order from like an online box. Older people have difficulty working. Noone to assist them. People who work there are rude to the elderly that work the counter . ( depending on time of day) .it burns me up to see them just standing there doing nothing and refusing to help the elderly. Some people are technologically challenged or maybe can not read.
