They are short staffed and it did take a little while, but the issue wasn't that. Our group was fine visiting and waiting. It was the attitude, then my order was wrong and it took longer to get my drinks then the food. I definitely won't be back here! Get a check on the attitude's!!!! I do appreciate the manager on duty for the apologies, when we were walking out the door. This happened: 11/29/2025 around 7-8pm.

Crowded. Rude inattentive Workers. Often makes mistakes in orders causing me to drive back and argue with the employes, while using every minute of my break times. I wish a different food service location would open close by and this location would likely have no business.

Update this location is getting better, both customer service and food/atmosphere. Will review again in a few months with another update.

This McDonald's seems to be recent construction. Ordering is generally through kiosk or phone app, but there is inside seating. Everything was as expected.

Slowest location, but only in the evening/night time. The food is honestly good, but the wait time is crazy! A lot of the workers be on FaceTime or on the phone.

Slowest service ever. Food is not even hot. I waited 45 mins for a happy meal and fries. Ridiculous.

Was there at the beginning of lunch. The cashier was rude and our order was wrong. Ordered two quarter pounders and they looked like they used the cheeseburger patties. They were flat and thin. Fries were over cooked. On top of that there was not a table one that was clean either sticky or greasy.
As usual the night shift charged me for everything I ordered and under delivered. Do they keep it for themselves? It happens often at this location.

The steak bagels are supposed to be soft and a little more onion mixture on the bagels as well. The McDonald's in northeast Louisiana does not hold up to the standards of McDonald's in the Dallas TX area. Disappointed in Louisiana restaurants.

I went to this McDonald’s late last night and was shocked to realize there was only one person working the entire store. They were taking orders, making the food, running the drive-thru—everything. And despite the impossible workload, they were still calm, respectful, and kind.
Yes, it took a little longer than usual, but honestly, I was just amazed at how they handled it all with such grace. It’s not easy to do the work of an entire team, especially when customers are likely tired or impatient. But this person pushed through and gave it their all, and I want to sincerely thank them for showing up and doing their best.
Whoever you are, I hope your manager and company recognize what you did. You deserve a break, a raise, and a whole lot of appreciation. Thank you.
P.S. to all the people after me and future customers, stay humble and kind and never judge a book by its cover because it might be the best book you'll ever read.
