So grateful they reopened the dining room. It's a little different in order to stick to guidelines. Your server makes your plate for you, but I find I requested less and wasted less on my plate. I'll be back!
This is a buffet. It is not a Chinese buffet. It serves Chinese dishes, yes, but it serves a lot of other things too. The food is buffet quality which means it's not as good as made to order meals. It was a good value for the money.
Arriving when a buffet first opens for the day can be key. You always get things at their freshest and selection is always high, no empty bins as a rule. I arrived at 1130am, 30 minutes after opening. Things were fresh but like most any buffet, I'd liked things a bit hotter. Stuff was NOT cold but warmer would have been better with a few selections. The restaurant is large, got seated very fast. The buffet has a very good selection so lots of choices. Also a salad bar, sushi...
