My daughter order a Matha Green Tea and there was a piece of glass in her beverage and I thank God she didn’t swallow it. I called into the corporate office no response yet!
Why would anyone place a piece of glass in someone beverage?

I give a 3 star on food cause I have never tried the food The service definitely giving a 2 cause sometimes they are not always nice and I just found out I haven't not been getting my points all year this year witch ticks me off!! And I give a 3 atmosphere cause I've never been inside it takes forever at the window alone I can't imagine the time it y'all's inside now that being said the coffee i get I'm in love with and terrified to change it up lol! But I get the Carmel velvet ice or the Carmel granita and I love them both! If I even decide to go back after finding out I haven't been getting my points all year I'll update if I do try something new

I could get coffee faster by going to the store, buying it myself, driving home, watching a video on YouTube about how to make a latte, then making it myself.
I was in the Navy for 15 years and have been all over the world. This is literally the slowest coffee place I’ve ever encountered.

The service was outstanding, but I’m so sad to say the coffee tasted like our city water.. I refuse to drink, and I know it taste horrible and like our west Monroe city water. Yuck. I could not finish mine so I wasted $5
Update: to the reply. Thank you for responding to my comment here. I actually didn’t mean to rate 1 but meant 3 stars for the service was outstanding. However the water had the very distinctive chemical taste as city water. I understand many places filter their water, but there still sometimes remains the taste from the chemical contents, as I clearly understand, but when the filters do need replacing this taste becomes even more noticeable than usual. I have bought coffee months ago there, it was not nearly as bad, but I did taste it some, this past time it was much stronger and very noticeable.
Maybe it was the filter needing to be replaced. Thank you for your response.
The coffee ☕️ was nothing special. I could have pulled into a local gas station and gotten a similar cup. The staff did a terrific job. They were courteous, polite, and prompt. They got my order correct every time I visited. The store itself was...definitely feminine in its decor. It was not my "cup of tea." Put up a few deer heads, ducks, or squirrels and a shotgun or two and I would feel more at home.

I have bought coffee months ago there, it was not nearly as bad, but I did taste it some, this past time it was much stronger and very noticeable.
