Original owner sold his restaurant years ago, I was raised in West Monroe and loved it. Family moved to Texas. New ownership couldn't keep up with the service, and original owner bought them back for what he paid, and got it back to where it was and it's fantastic. Gotta try it.

The music was extremely loud and obnoxious.
The sweet tea lacked sugar and when the worker was told, she just asked if we tried theunsweetened.
There's no friendly service at all today. .

Had the sampler plate with all the meats. Pulled pork and ribs were my favorite. Ham and sausage were ok. Sliced beef was dry. Didn’t have sides but they looked pretty good. Service was good. Women’s bathroom need some TLC.

NOT impressed. We just spent $47 on 2 meat and 2 sides with 2 drinks. I'm extremely disappointed in the small amount of food for what we paid. I won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone wanting BBQ.

Podnuhs BBQ is great. It is very well priced for this economy especially for BBQ. My wife and I went through the drive thru today and had a great experience. The food was very fresh and wasn’t a long wait. The employees were friendly as well. Most importantly the classic podnuhs BBQ still tasted like it did when we were kids. We love podnuhs.

Lady at the window was super nice. But, the food was disgusting, the meat was extremely dry and it felt like the people do not care about the food or how it tastes. We went at 6:30, you would think the food would be fresh but no. Would not recommend, this is the worst barbecue I’ve ever had.

Food is decent. Service is fair. Place is absolutely disgusting and needs to be bulldozed down. Think I’m kidding, just look at their AC vents! I’m not sure how they get clearance from the state to even keep the place open. Owner is obviously not involved in the business or simply doesn’t care.

The brisket was ok ribs ok but cold the sides disgusting and tasty sour I would never eat here again definitely not worth 28.00 for two plates of cold sour food

I remember eating here years ago they would give us pickle/onion/peppers and that wasn’t provided with my meal.. The chicken & ribs were very dry.. the potato salad tasted old.

It was my first time coming in to the lobby and she treated me like I had been coming there for years and didn't give me time to decide what to order. She was very pushy!!! ??? Took almost my entire lunch break to get the poboy that I ordered! WTH???

The chicken tasted like it was cooked the day before and heated back up in the smoker. It was so dry, and cooked so hard, some of the meat wouldn’t come off the bone. Had to dip it in bbq sauce just to be able to chew it up and swallow it. Paid $10 for a half and that was a total rip-off.
