I went through the drive thru to grab me something on my way to work. The line only had two cars ahead of me, and it still took 15 minutes for me to order…. They didn’t have anything I wanted, so I finally settled for the 6 wing combo, and it was cold a nasty…. The service was horrible, and not friendly!!

I’m sorry I had to come bring a review for this. I’ve never been to a Popeyes that takes as long for any single thing you order on the menu. You’ll sit in the drive thru 30 minutes and be the only car. Then you would get your food and it wouldn’t even be yours like it’s incredibly ridiculous. This same Popeyes served me raw food once before I don’t understand what they be doing to take so long & their the only Popeyes in West Monroe !!!!

Service is absolute shit all the workers on thomas rd are extremely rude and will not give me my 100 refund I placed an order on line by the time I got there they was closed and refused to open the windows or assist with my refund

The only reason I am giving 3 stars total us due to the very helpful customer service I had to contact after I got home and realized my order was so messed up. I placed an online order for almost $100 and was missing so much. Nit to mention the person at the drive thru just threw us our food and was rude. I'd rate this Popeyes a 1. Horrible experience.

So I went in to order food. There was already a line on the inside and a line on the outside. There’s plenty of chicken in the baskets and I’m still waiting on chicken. I ordered the chicken around 6 o’clock here it is now 623. I just decided to leave the Restaurant and go and run my errands and come back. I’m pretty sure they still won’t have it ready. Then this is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to.

Can we please get a corporate email or regional boss for this location? Today it was horrible service , trashy floor with food on them behind the counters and employees walkn all over it and laughing a playing on cell phones! This building is n shamble with horrible conditions. Wish I would have taken a video of all!

The wait for the was a little longer than expected, but not terrible. The problem was they got the order wrong by giving me dark meat instead of the white meat I ordered and I had to return to the store for it to be corrected.

The dinning room was very dirty. The window seals had bugs and dropping. If the dinning room is that dirty the kitchen may be dirty too.
We really like Popeyes chicken and I'm just saying this in hopes that they clean their store.

Ordered chicken strip dinner. Chicken was very gross and hard to chew. I couldn't eat it. Had to throw it away. I will not go back there. 🤢🤢🤢
