The drive through has been out of service for a month. The Franchise owners obviously do not care about their customer service.

The food was good, but the customer service was trash. The white lady at the drive-through window very rude, disrespectful very incompetent lack of professionalism. I ordered two meals with drinks. I asked her for a drink tray. She only put one of the drinks on the tray instead of putting both drinks in and if a Customer has multiple drinks You should have a common courtesy to ask the customer if they would like a drink tray for their beverages. The manager is unprofessional and all the employees are unprofessional. I would never eat here again

If you go through the drive though at anytime of any day you better pack a lunch bc it gonna take at least 25 mins. Then u have a 90%chance your order will be wrong

It’s almost comical how terrible the service is here. It’s like one of those restaurants where the workers are rude to you as a joke but they are so for real.

Popeyes hours are incorrect. They close at 11 every night. So people waste time and money on Fridays and Saturdays driving to Popeyes thinking they’re open till midnight. They are not. Sad part is Popeyes verified their own hours on Google. Im leaving this review to help other people not waste money and time.

Apparently they don’t answer the phone , give receipts or know the difference between a thigh and a leg. I ordered one got home got the other. 🙄.

the food is good but that isn’t the issue. every time i come here, the workers are incompetent. they’re rude, have an attitude, and don’t care about customer service. I’ve never hates coming to a place as much as i do here. when they tell you there’s a wait and you change your order so you don’t have to wait, they refuse to pull the people in front of you so you’re stuck waiting anyways. I would definitely recommend just driving an extra 10 minutes to monroe instead of wasting your time here. it’ll add up the same anyways

General manager had a nasty attitude I would never spend my money there as long as she’s working there ! She was pure rude . And I called corporate.

Ordered a large sweet tea, was given a large sweet tea that wasn't full, when asked to could they put more tea instead they put more ice. Asked for BBQ sauce and didn't receive sauce.

food tasted old, gravy was runny, the chicken really tasted plain it didn't have the Popeyes taste ? don't know what was going on with the cooks this day.

Line was hella long didn't have any sauce for my nuggets also employees should not take their break in the drive through driveway. As I type this an employee is sitting in the drive through driveway taking their break. Someone can hit this person if they are not paying attention. When they turn in off Thomas road. I would hate to see anyone be a casualty from something that can be prevented.

Got the golden chicken sandwich last week, and it was good.
This evening was not the same.
Bun so hard you could drive a nail with it.
It's a hit or miss with them.
Check your food before leave !
Unless you need to hammer some nails.
Now I remember why I stopped going there .
