I went in on August 26 th at night time and ordered a chicks meal and the lady at the front counter was very very nice I was missing my sauce and she helped me and was very nice while assisting other customers. Her name she said was chiquita. Very nice people

So my family and I have made slim chickens a weekly Friday night meal. We have never had a problem until tonight. We ordered to buffalo tender mac meals and a chicks meal. Fee extra sauces, fried mushrooms, and a strawberry cheesecake jar dessert. Unfortunately we did not receive our fried mushrooms or the jar dessert. Upon calling I was connected to I’m assuming corporate who took my complaint and then informed me she would connect me with the store.so at approx 7:15pm I began speaking with someone at the west Monroe Louisiana location off of Cypress. The gentleman took my complaint and said he would get a manager, I stayed on hold for over 30 minutes I could hear everything going on, 3 times manager asked if I was still on the phone and never spoke with me. I am sorry to say that my family and I may have to start looking for another weekly eat. Missing food I can forgive, the blatant disregard for doing your job I can not.

Once again we had another great meal. We always try to stop here on our road trips because the service and food can’t be beat. Trinity working up front and Theo that brought out food out was so nice and helpful. I got the Buffalo chicken bowl and it was DELICIOUS!

Great place! The crew at this location was very nice and had our food served fast! Alot of smiles and overall a Great experience! We made sure to visit multiple times during our work stay!
To the young gentleman taking drive thru orders on 5/20/25 3:20pm. (Has a gum piercing) This was my fist time being here with my 4yr old. Not only were you rude but you have absolutely no patience. And no my order was not correct , you had me end up ordering more food and paying more instead of listening and understanding what I wanted. Great job cussing at the end of my order after you told me my total. Hoping the food would make up for you bad attitude, of course not. My sandwich was cold . The meat is cold and the bread cold and y’all gave like 10 fries for a full meal. I will not be returning because of your horrible customer service and the lack of quality hot food. The standard for customer service in Louisiana has been consistently a disappointment.
