Won’t be coming back. Customer service is not great. The last two times I went they messed up on my order and wouldn’t compensate me the last time.

Slims in West Monroe has been consistently the best fast casual experience in West Monroe up until the last few months. Over the last few visits their has been a notifible decline in the quality and quantity of food compared to the price. The chicken seems to no longer be "hand made" but more of a frozen tender that is less impressive in size and taste. Also, the food has consistently been under portioned and cold straight from the busy drive through window which seems counterintuitive. I used to recommend the cayenne ranch to everyone, however it is no longer creamy and tasteful but more of a liquid with a hint of flavor. Finally the staff seem to be less attentive, forgetting items and do not have the same pleasant attitudes that I was used to. I do not recommend this establishment until significant reinvestment is made here.

I eat here almost weekly and this is no doubt my favorite place but recently when I’ve done drive through the food has been below average. Fries were soggy and not fresh. My wings had hardly any seasoning on them and tasted old. They usually forget to put the sauces that I ask for in the bag. I’ve been eating here for over 3 years and I have seen major decline in the past 6 months. When I ordered inside the restaurant, food quality is much better. The pick up is where I have my complaints.

Ordered food got home within 10 minutes strips and the small handful of fries were as hard as rocks. Called and talked to the manager she decided she could do us a favor and replace our food. This is a new issue I've noticed within the last 4 months of eating here. Service and quality are none existent. Eating out is getting expensive and not worth it from this establishment.

Great food for what it is !! Not gourmet and not a 5 star type of place. Neither is it a special small restaurant nor a big fancy place. It is just very good for some chicken wings , tenders , fries and a soda !!!

i came to slims last night after church, and The employees were playing around the entire time. 2 employees in fact, were sitting in each others laps, in a booth, instead of behind the counter, working. The other employees were play fighting.

Well.. I find it’s always something here recently. Service is slow! Dined in with my family took 25 min for the food to come out just to be cold! Second time I did carry out. Ordered a wrap, got all the way to home to Calhoun to find out it was 2 strips ? Management really needs to step their game up.. this place is running down from the inside out
