Always friendly and such good food. Chicken is better than raisin canes and great prices. Only thing i don’t like is that horribly fake whip cream in their desserts. Change that and if but dessert there also.
I have always loved this place and I never leave reviews anywhere but I come to get food after I get off work from another restaurant (so I understand closing time) but I get in the drive through at 10pm and they do not close until 12. I am told to pull up because they are waiting on fresh fries. I wait for 15 minutes with no one else coming through the drive through. I pull around and I get told that they have had a lot of door dash orders and are short staffed. Another ten minutes goes by & I finally get my food & it’s all cold. I am very disappointed in this local favorite.

After a day of travel stopping at a Slim’s is usually a good consistent meal in all of their stores. Not in West Monroe. A real disappointment. Nothing was cooked when ordered which is standard in Slim’s I frequent in Arkansas and advertised on the wall. The Chick meal was cold, portions were substandard, the toast was flattened to crepe consistency. Fries had been sitting around like a fat man on a hot day. Squishy, greasy and short little pieces left over in the drain tray. Any other store would have put them in the bin. The spicy chicken sandwich was lukewarm from an aged heat lamp, the chicken, apparently left over from the lunch run and it is now 5:54 pm. Bun cold and untoasted. WARNING: Do not wear sandals in this store. They will stick to the floor and when you walk out of them I pray you are wearing socks. If not, paramedics may be required to free you from the weeks of coke, lemonade and tea spills fermented into a gelatinous adhesive goo! There is no way those floors have been cleaned in an extended period of time. Worst Slim’s I’ve been in. Counter service was ok, they took my order, took my money and served me at the table. So much potential for a quality store in a great town. We stop in West Monroe frequently. We will not be back at Slim’s. This isn’t something the hourly help can control. This is bad management and/or owner issues. To have standards this low is disrespectful to the people of West Monroe.

Fun place to come and sit with the kids. Friendly staff & very spacious. There have been times that I ordered something that I liked though, and when I came back to get it again it seemed to be made a little different. Other than slight inconsistencies, it’s worth the money. I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake. It comes in its own mason jar that you can keep. Pretty cool

i would really like to give a shout out to the staff especially the manager that was working tonight i really can remember her name but she wear glasses and very pretty and have the best attitude everytime my wife and i come either through drive thru or inside she makes us feel very welcome without a doubt so always told her this when she was a regular employee and i'm very glad yall step her up a lot she is really what the business needs more of she has no negative energy always smiling and always respects her employees and i will always eat there auch great food thank yall so much and make sure to show her recognition i told her i would be giving her a great review
