After a day of travel stopping at a Slim’s is usually a good consistent meal in all of their stores. Not in West Monroe. A real disappointment. Nothing was cooked when ordered which is standard in Slim’s I frequent in Arkansas and advertised on the wall. The Chick meal was cold, portions were substandard, the toast was flattened to crepe consistency. Fries had been sitting around like a fat man on a hot day. Squishy, greasy and short little pieces left over in the drain tray. Any other store would have put them in the bin. The spicy chicken sandwich was lukewarm from an aged heat lamp, the chicken, apparently left over from the lunch run and it is now 5:54 pm. Bun cold and untoasted. WARNING: Do not wear sandals in this store. They will stick to the floor and when you walk out of them I pray you are wearing socks. If not, paramedics may be required to free you from the weeks of coke, lemonade and tea spills fermented into a gelatinous adhesive goo! There is no way those floors have been cleaned in an extended period of time. Worst Slim’s I’ve been in. Counter service was ok, they took my order, took my money and served me at the table. So much potential for a quality store in a great town. We stop in West Monroe frequently. We will not be back at Slim’s. This isn’t something the hourly help can control. This is bad management and/or owner issues. To have standards this low is disrespectful to the people of West Monroe.

Fun place to come and sit with the kids. Friendly staff & very spacious. There have been times that I ordered something that I liked though, and when I came back to get it again it seemed to be made a little different. Other than slight inconsistencies, it’s worth the money. I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake. It comes in its own mason jar that you can keep. Pretty cool

i would really like to give a shout out to the staff especially the manager that was working tonight i really can remember her name but she wear glasses and very pretty and have the best attitude everytime my wife and i come either through drive thru or inside she makes us feel very welcome without a doubt so always told her this when she was a regular employee and i'm very glad yall step her up a lot she is really what the business needs more of she has no negative energy always smiling and always respects her employees and i will always eat there auch great food thank yall so much and make sure to show her recognition i told her i would be giving her a great review

going here again was once again a trainwreck the food is good but i was served raw tenders so i asked for it to be made again and finally after all my friends ate mine food finally came and was burned and it took 30 minutes to get my order remade the okra tasted freezerburned amd i asked to speak to the manager her name was ap supposedly and she just looked at me like i was insane so i finally got her to actually look at the food to see how overcooked it was and the fries were literally room temperature she acted as if nothing was wrong and another manager named shan supposedly spilled my drink into my lap she acted like she didnt even know what she was doing then she offered me some lame brownie which i turned down so finally they made my food again and the chicken was raw again and i didnt know until after i bit into it and it took anothher fifteen minutes to get that!!!!and there was a black hair on my toast i just had to walk away go home and order doordash from wingstop definately the worst experience ive ever had in my 53 years of life also you can see small roaches coming out of the booth seating oh and i was leaving that shantovia girl smirked at me as i was leaving!!! unbrlievable!! oh and they only had one stall in the mens room and there was feces on the toilet seat so i couldnt even use it and there was used toilet paper thrown on thr floor i washed my hands because it was so gross in there then they were out of paper towels this place is a joke and i wont be back and neither will my friends as i have a large following and will review this restauant again on social media as i have pics of everything i spent alot of money to get treated like a third rate citizen then to be smirked at as i walked out again!! also i saw a person in the kithen sticking his fingers in his ears while i was waiting on my food i dont know if he washed his hands or not but he never moved from the spot it cant get any worse and i saw where they collect the food plates without washing them and passed them through the window to the cooks !! never ever again
