I love this place’s menu. It’s the only place that I can get a peach tea and toss my tenders in mango habanero sauce and get two sauces on the side. However, they’ll be out of peach tea fairly often and that’s mainly what I go there for. Service could be better and the atmosphere is fine but I’d rather get it to-go. BUT the drive thru system is not very efficient when busy. Sometimes food doesn’t taste fresh and their fries are inconsistent.

The management team was very horrible and terrible at communication. The work environment and atmosphere was also terrible they don’t work with you if something pops up. They also show favoritism towards the female staff and management flirts with all female staff…I was a cook for about 3 months but they have you doing so much as a fry cook but yet they will only pay you the same as everyone else which is $10….

The only reason for a second star is because the food is actually good, but I had to have a friend share with me to know that. The service was terrible.We stopped by around 3pm today, to get four meals to take home. I’d never been to a Slim Chickens before, but my friend always raved about it so we were excited to try it when we came in from out of town for the weekend. We ordered, and drove around to the window. After we got the receipt, I noticed that there was an error - instead of two 3 piece meals, we were rung up for a kids meal and one 3 piece meal, that’s fine it happens, headsets in drive throughs are notoriously bad. When we brought it up to the cashier at the window, she gave us a weird look and walked away. Apparently it was to get her manager, but we were left to sit there to wonder while it happened. When the manager came over, we explained what was wrong, twice, and he took my card back. He did not say anything to explain what was happening, just took the card, gave us a new receipt, and then the food came. We checked the bag to find a meal missing, the extra three piece. So we go BACK to the window, to be told that because it was wrong, the whole order was refunded and we needed to go BACK through to order the 3 piece separately, none of which was explained and could have been handled at the window by ringing me up there when we said we wanted that meal, but it wasn’t. I was frustrated at this point of having to explain the error three times and just decided to leave. When we got home for my friends to eat, the only tender meal was a kids meal, so incorrect on top of everything else.While I appreciate being refunded for the error, the attitude of the staff and lack of communication made for an unpleasant experience. I would’ve have no qualms with paying for the meal when it was corrected, but there was no communication from staff to correct the issue at its core. Going back to the window was the only way we knew what was happening, and we would’ve gone home without knowing the extra meal wasn’t in there. I don’t appreciate being made to feel like a problem when part of the job is customer service. Having worked in the industry for 10 years, I know it can be a struggle, but it’s not a struggle to be kind and communicate.

Not sure if it’s just a bad day for the cook but my wings were hard and the bone inside the wing was burnt. “Overcooked” My friend got a buffalo wrap and he barley had any chicken in the wrap or sauce. Also, all drinks were flat. ??♂️

We went with a large party. The dining room had a lot of room to accommodate and move tables around. The service was friendly while ordering. The food came out quickly and was correct for the whole group. Good place to eat and a good experience.

We really enjoyed our sandwich here. Wish I had taken some pictures! My husband and I both got the cayenne wrench sandwich, which was really tasty and not too hot. The fries were good and they had mini varieties of drinks to choose from which was really refreshing and then ice change from the typical soft drinks. I had the cranberry lemonade mixed with some regular lemonade then it was great!
Restaurant was clean, pick up order was missing a wrap, but they quickly corrected. Food was good.

Slims is hit or miss. When they are good, there's no beating them. But it's inconsistent. Best to eat there within the first couple hours after they open. Food is always fresh and orders are correct. The evening and night shift food always tastes old and orders are always wrong. Try the sweet red chili sauce and ranch on your chicken. So good

Great food. Great service. Great price. Food was fresh, hot and fast. Clean restaurant. Only suggestion would be a list of sauces easily viewable in large print. We had to ask what they were and couldn't read them in the tiny print.
