Lady working tonight was rude and had no customer service. Got my order completely wrong after having to repeat myself multiple times because she heard what she wanted to. Couldn't even make a burger plain... just go right to sonic and not mess with the rude people and mediocre food here
Took her more than 4 minutes to come to the window and the only other customer around after me was complaining after waiting 3-4 minutes outside the window after they look at you

The customer service was wonderful, however they down sized the cups with their combos. The size is unacceptable inadequate amount of beverage due to a shorter cup and too much ice. I will not recommend or return.

Very friendly staff (which is an accomplishment for West Monroe), short wait time, good atmosphere, and good food. Their queso with their waffles fries is an amazingly combo. Very underrated restaurant.
