I came in today and ordered a 20oz pineapple surf. After she blended my smoothie 3 different times she gave me my smoothie it’s full of nothing but ice.

I went to this location tonight,2.28.25.. and first I waited at the drive thru to place my order for several minutes.. and when the young lady came on to take my order she was very unprofessional and I could hear laughing in her voice and I repeated my order 3 or 4 times. I visit here quite often and the evening/night shift really needs adjusting.

Seems like most smoothie places you order from an app, add extras you want. 20 dollar smoothie and you get a regular menu priced drink. Thanks. I enjoy spending an extra amount to get the regular amount.

Entered this store around 10:00am . The male employee wasn't very friendly or welcoming. He actually seem angry that he was at work is my assumption!Also there nats all over the store! Here going forward I will bypass this store intentionally

I used to love this location but lately they haven’t even been filling the bowls up. I’m paying $13 for this and they can’t even fill it up correctly. Very aggravating. Not to mention this has happened at least the last 5 times I’ve been there now. I’m about to stop going. Also when I reached out about a rude employee they “contacted” me and then when I contacted them back they ghosted me… super unprofessional customer service

I made a mobile order and got a smoothie and when we came up to the door I was waiting for a minute and the girl(Zoe I believe) complained that my smoothie was hard to make. Like what. Just make it.
