I made a mobile order and got a smoothie and when we came up to the door I was waiting for a minute and the girl(Zoe I believe) complained that my smoothie was hard to make. Like what. Just make it.

I used to love this location but lately they haven’t even been filling the bowls up. I’m paying $13 for this and they can’t even fill it up correctly. Very aggravating. Not to mention this has happened at least the last 5 times I’ve been there now. I’m about to stop going. Also when I reached out about a rude employee they “contacted” me and then when I contacted them back they ghosted me… super unprofessional customer service

When I first went in to the store I was skeptical about how polite the workers would be, but let me tell you. I was very pleasantly surprised. There was this one guy there named Allen and he was so friendly and nice. I think he and I had a connection. I lie awake at night dreaming of him, and I feel as if somewhere out there he is doing the same for me. This could just be a fantasy or deep repressed longing for companionship, but I have to believe this is real. It certainly feels real.
