Being that the prices are so high , I had to leave a review because I AM HIGHLY UPSET. Spending $40 on tacos at the WM location , just to get home and missing one that was $7.99 by itself ( the quesadilla ) and also who ever has black hair needs to wear a hair net because it was in my bag as well as one of my tacos!!!!!!!!! Had to drive back up there since THE PHONES DONT WORK and after explaining everything, I really believe I should have just been refunded , instead she just asked what I was missing and was gonna remake it. Uhh no ma’am, I don’t want anything else from this place !!!

The west Monroe store can’t get the orders right. Who can screw up a meat nacho, Taco Bandito can and won’t return phone calls when you call them. They are unavailable to call you back. Skip this business since they don’t have time for there customers.

I love Taco Bandito but now they charge all their customers that use a debit or credit card for order processing. That's the cost of doing business in today's world where most people don't use cash anymore and they shouldn't pass on that expense to the customer. The prices are high enough as it is. Also, the last time I dined in, rap music was playing loud enough from the kitchen that it was quite annoying. What's wrong with going somewhere and just having some nice relaxing music, if any, playing?

Price increase without reflecting it on their menus. This place was my go to since childhood. It was completely empty on a Saturday evening which speaks volumes for an established local business. I know people aren't happy about it but being transparent about it would go a long way with people here in the community

Me and my father normally quite enjoy Taco Bandito as it is a rather speedy and nice place for quick food. He has only ever had one major issue which is the tiny amount of guacamole that is given with Taco Salads. He has no issue paying money for things he wants and explicitly stated he wanted to buy a larger container of guacamole to go with his salad. Erica did looked at him and acknowledged his statement without saying anything against his request. Carry on to when we are getting our order, he asks the girl working who made his salad how big the container of guacamole was and she ignored him, followed up with saying “One” when he asked again. It is noteworthy to say that she did not even look in our direction or attempt to actually pay attention. He got a bit frustrated when she just gestured at a cup without answering him when he asked again. He then told the girl bagging it at the drive through that it wasnt complete and why. She proceeded to say that they do not sell it though it is clearly on the menu above our heads, even if it is with a side of chips. He explained he thought he was paying for it and she deflected it looked past him toward the Host without even attempting to actually assist in either letting him buy the order with chips. He got frustrated and we left. I personally found the interactions lacking honestly a bit rude. Will personally not be stopping if the host or small girl who was making orders are there.
The taco salad with the Catalina sauce is the bomb!!

On 06/09/2024 my husband went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 tacos and paid for 3 tacos. Got home and only 2 tacos. I called the number on the receipt twice and got a voicemail message "not available please call again". Called that same number the following day and still got the same recording. Called the Monroe location and let it ring numerous times and no answer.
