If I could give ZERO stars and still review, I would! We loved taco bell! My trip to the Thomas Road location just left me mad!! We order on the app EVERY TIME! We pulled thru the drive thru, and of course ITS AUTOMATED. Go figure! The stupid computer couldn't understand "We have a mobile order for Mathew". So the rude little lady behind the headphones told us to pull around. BOTH GIRLS WORKING WERE ABSOLUTE JERKS! She slammed the windows open, handed my husband our drinks, told us to pull around to the double doors, and slammed the window. Lucky for her, I didn't get their names or it would be included! The girl who brought our order out handed the bag to my husband and turned around and walked off. He said "thank you", so she just ignored him and kept walking. The food was cold by the time we got it. No sauce in the bag, so I walked in and grabbed a hand full. The manager was standing at the front counter with another pissed off customer.

Driving by Louisiana got a little hungry so we decided to stop at this Taco Bell, parking lot a little scary, no drive through lines but even when what I ordered the only way to eat it is with a fork no fork or napkins found in my bag. They are generous with their salsas.

Worst taco bell in existence, ordered a chalupa and it was so hard it would break your teeth if you tried to eat it, i ordered a chicken quesidilla and it was literally only chicken and cheese no sauce, a queserilla and they gave me a cheese roll up...called them to get my money back or food that I could actually eat and they hung up and refused to answer their phone.

Low key the place to be. The food is pretty damn good and the bartenders are awesome. They’ll sing karaoke with you and everything. I’ve met some pretty cool cats since I’ve been going there.
Would not recommend the Baja blast gelato!!! It's a tiny cup of wanna be ice cream for $4 . It's not gelato... The rest of the food was good and it was a pleasant experience over all.
