I like Texas Roadhouse but today the business must have been shorthanded or something. It was an hour before we received our food and mine was cold. I didn't tell our waiter as we had already waited an hour. The ribs were luke warm and overcooked. The steak was undercooked. The fourth party didn't receive their food at the same time as the other three.

Me and my husband wwnt to Texas Roadhouse on Saturday March 29, 2025. We were greeted and seated. We waited ten minutes and no server ever came to our table. Many employees walked past our table but no one ever stopped by our table. We stopped the employee that seated us and told him that no server has came to our table. He said they would get someone. We waited ten more minutes and no one ever came. We got up to leave, before walking out we passed the manager. We told him we were leaving because no one ever came to serve us once we were seated. He merely replied, "Okay." I mean is that the appropriate reply from a manager regarding subpar service of customers walking out, because they never received service........... I will NEVER visit this Texas Roadhouse AGAIN!!!!! Y.Hoof

I watched 17 ppl pow wow while we waited 47.5 minutes for a water, beer, and what was supposed to be a 2 Bloody Mary. They must had to pick and juice the tomatoes because we still havent received those. Rolls are absolutely phenomenal, that I will say! When I got here it was my birthday. Now I don’t even get that enjoyment its been so long

On 3/14/25 I visited this establishment in West Monroe Louisiana I was not pleased with the services first of all the waitress was not very helpful we waited over 35 minutes for my food it was three different parties at the table one ordered a baked sweet potato grilled pork chop the other two parties ordered a ribeye steak with the bone in it loaded baked potato in a salad my steak was supposed to been medium to well done it was not it came out well done I did send it back which took another 30 minutes the waitress kept talking to the table that was across from us pleased with the service so after sitting there all the time I had to take my food with me so I didn't get a chance to eat the other lady ordered a ribeye steak with the bone in it as well a baked potato that it was supposed to been loaded it was not also she asked for coffee and was given cold coffee yes it was replaced this was my first time ever coming to this establishment and I was very unpleased with the services if I ever visit this establishment again in the future I hope that these things have been improvedwhen the manager or assistant manager Cedric came around to our table and asked us how was the services when we proceeded to tell him he walked off this was very unprofessional and it was rude

The following location owner needs to get himself or herself a manager or team that understands or is able to function as people come in. Not sit people down to wait when you have empty tables in the restaurant at 11:30

I will never eat here again. Everytime I come here I’m treated as I’m less than. They don’t go the extra mile to make you feel welcome in my opinion. They speak to you any kind of way & I just wouldn’t promote anyone who would make a paying customer eat his food outside when there are tables open for him. And to tell the whole story I paid for Togo it was end of the night with a hour plus left I asked to be seated for drinks so I could eat with my wife and would re order more food and tip we were turned around!

I've enjoyed every Texas Roadhouse I've ever visited until this one. I ordered my fav as always, always perfect. 1st they botched my ordered, took it back & had the audacity to return w/same dish. This time it was scorched. I refused the entire order. Yeah maybe chef's revenge. But I'll never visit again.

I ordered a ribeye and it was paper thin. I ordered it medium it came out so overcooked with no pink at all and taste like cardboard.

Arrived at 5:30, they weren’t very busy. Waited an hour on our food. Not sure if the kitchen never made it or it never got ordered, but we had to ask about it twice. Got a discount but a very frustrating experience. The restaurant and bathrooms were just dirty. They were out of thousand island dressing. It was just one thing after another. Normally Texas Roadhouse is pretty solid but I’d skip this location.
