We were just there. Came in at 10:00 PM. We were seated immediately, and then nothing. We sat there for 15 minutes and nobody could be bothered to ask what we wanted for drinks or anything else. It seemed like everyone was too concerned with chatting it up with their buddies. The ticket said Lex B. was supposed to be our server, but nobody came. We finally got tired of waiting and walked out. C'mon y'all, do better!
Asking an established customer to move because your host made a seating mistake is not convenient. Wasn’t in a hurry, didn’t mind waiting, but being moved after already eating bread and peanuts, silverware opened, etc., is unacceptable. I would have gladly moved if you would have immediately realized I was sat wrong. Fortunately for me, you aren’t the only steakhouse in the area.
overall a good experience our waitress was on top of her game. steak was not prepared how i asked. i was offered to have another one cooked but i chose to just eat what was prepared.

We did a group of 19 people so glad they reserved us a couple of tables. We had a great waiter named Tyler he was very nice and did a great job!

Bestie took me for supper! Had the greatest time. Service was good. They messed up bestie food, but other then that all was well!

Silverware was dirty. Had to ask for plates for the rolls. Had a bowel of chili the spoon that came on that dish was dirty. Had to get up and fine someone to ask for another one. They look at us like we were crazy. Tried to call customer service. Left message and phone number. Been a week and have not heard anything.

Always love coming here. My #1 top pick for a restaurant. Always crowded and wait time for a table can be long. So loved by everyone so i think they should expand in size.

I ordered online, received a text stating my food was ready, I went to go pick my food up the girl, (yes I stated girl because a grown person with bills, children should be acting this away) asked my name I gave her my nickname and my government name because I couldn't remember the name I placed the order in, she stated the order was not ready, I informed her I received a text 10 minutes ago stating it was, she stated yea but it's not, I asked why would someone text me stating my food was ready, she asked my name again, I gave her both names again, she said no it's not, so another young lady asked me what I order I told her she looked through the orders, it was approximately 6 orders o the shelf, she said here it goes, I asked what's the name on the receipt, she stated my government name, I wouldn't to ensure I placed the correct name, which I did, the young lady smiled when she said my name. People need to be mindful when applying for jobs, if you can't work in fast pace environment, have great customer service, IT'S NOT FOR YOU!!!!!!

No idea what the food tastes like - sat for 30 min before anyone came to get our drink order and over an hour with no food as I’m sitting here typing this… pretty disappointing experience. Server had an excuse, manager had another excuse either way we are still hungry and having to go to another restaurant.

Our waitress was great. We ordered 2 8 oz fillets medium. We didn't get fillets. They were cooked well done. I ate mine but my husband couldn't. They re-cook his and it was more cooked than the previous. Our money was returned. My husband looked in the display box. There were no fillets. He thinks they took ribeyes and were cutting them in half. My fillet was very thin. It was a disappointing experience. We had been in the car for 8 hours and he was hungry. We are rarely disappointed at a texas roadhouse.
