We were very pleased with the service. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and happy. That says something when the workers are happy. Hot rolls were brought to our table as we were seated. Steak was a tad dry but I didn’t complain. I would go back to this location again.

This place is one of our favorite places to eat for my husband and me. Their steaks are delicious and at a good price. I can't eat there too much because I'd get fat on their homemade rolls with cinnamon butter! However the last time I was there the rolls were a little tough. Just hope that was just a fluke since they are usually delicious.

Nice clean store it was only about half full so they weren't very busy at all but it took 50 minutes to get our meal.The salad and the bread of course came out right away but we had to wait for the main course.I had the ribeye and shrimp combo and Marilyn had the ribs.Everything tasted fine. We had to bring some back home with us.
It Texas Roadhouse! If they are busy it might take some time. It's worth it.

We made reservations about 1-1:2 hours before arriving due to the travel time of this trip.. we pulled up and were text to head to the front with our group.. we did and were told we’d go to a holding area until a booth became available…SOOOO. On top us being LIED to about being in a “holding area” behind the bar (a long and narrow table) until a booth became available and seeing SEVERAL become available not once were we moved in 2 hours! The lady that told us we were in a “holding area” came to move stuff on the table that a party of 10 was coming to and after me stating that I was feeling crammed at our table because she was taking chairs from our table and closing in on our very little space we had…she made the comment “ Well you are sitting at the party table” EXCUSE ME???? WE DONT SEAT OURSELVES!! The waitress sat us there!! I WORK IN RETAIL WITH CUSTOMERS AND I KNOW THIS ISNT HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU WANT TO COME BACK!!! Our food was cold… ribs were good but were cold, steak was supposed to be medium rare and it came out medium well and overcooked and cold, cold and mushy and undercooked chicken fried steak and gravy, cold Mac and cheese, cold and hard French fries, and baked potato's was way over cooked and black on the outside… only hot thing was the fried pickles and rolls… Our ticket was $68 and some change and I gave out waiter $85 and he brought us back $11 instead of $16…we weren’t approached by any manager to check on anything like we usually are and we usually have no problems at all!!! This trip was a JOKE and definitely not worth a trip of 1-1/2 hours!! DO BETTER TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!!!

Gloria/Dion is very rude and should not be working here anymore. She called my phone hours after us dining and accused me of not paying my ticket ( I definitely did) and threatened to call the police if I didn't come back and pay. We usually do not have any problems here, but she is by far the worst server we have ever experienced.
Waited close to two hours for food constantly asked for water received water down drinks because they were just sitting to be charged full price and only discounted $30 food was cold fries stuck to plate unacceptable never going back

The food is usually good. One of the better places to get a decent steak. The service has gone downhill a bit though. This is the only location I have ever been to that seems to have difficulty getting people in and out. Not worth the wait.

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times now and every time there’s been issues with my steaks. They’re either undercooked or overcooked but never to my liking. The manager on one visit seemed pretty indifferent to the issues we were having with our seating arrangements. It literally took one of the servers(not even our server)to get our seating arrangements correct for our group. When the server took the initiative the manager literally rolled her eyes and walked off. Which dampened the mood for everyone in our group. You also expect at least a 20 to 30 minute wait before you’re seated as well. I’ve been to other Texas Roadhouses and never encounter these issues. For some odd reason it’s only here that I encounter less than great service and steaks that have to be continuously sent back or replaced.
I absolutely love their Dallas filet! Rattlesnake bites are a must try if you like jalapeños and pepper jack cheese deep fried of course. Can’t go wrong with the Cactus Blossom either. They also have a great fried fish plate for steak restaurant.
