Me and my boyfriend went on a date here, the food was very expensive it was around $65 for two burgers one and two side of fries, the fries were very soggy, oily and cold they and the burgers themselves were barely seasoned either, it was very bland and overall disappointing especially for the price of the food. The staff are friendly and helpful, I have no complaints about the service it’s just the quality and price of the food.

First off I’ll start by saying this is one of if not the best burger restaurants in Ouachita parish. I can’t think of anyone that has their level of bun and customization options. When dining in the food is always fresh and cooked to order. I’ve never had a bad experience dining in and 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good burger in the twin cities.
My only major complaint is the to go experience. The whole process feels like a complete different restaurant. Takes forever for anyone to answer the phone, the staff is always short and nonchalant like the only reason they work there is because they know someone etc. But all that I can excuse my main problem is CHECK your BAG every single time! They always mess up your order on to go. Missing items, made the wrong burger, everything. Last time we ordered the A1 burger and got home and we got a plain meat and cheese only?!?!
They drastically need to overhaul the to go experience then they’d be the perfect burger restaurant.

This place is just as good as it was before. Service still slow. Food great. Maybe I'll come back again. Had a salad, Quesadilla burger, and hot wings.
********* If in the area and you don't visit here it's YOUR LOSS. The burgers are really good. Fries were good. Service was speedy enough for me although I wasn't on a 30 minute lunch break. Definitely will be back. This is one of those places I'll remember when passing through or by the area.

We have been regular customers for several years and we haven't had to pay using a credit/debit card except once, when we had to add our phone number to the business for them to pull our name up. Well, this evening that changed. The employees have been extremely rude the past several times we've came. I did just tell whomever was given the phone (mind you without being told I was being put on hold), that they're about to lose my business. There's a gentleman there (I think he's the manager) that's there sometimes, and the employees have the upmost respect for their customers when he is present. Just another horrible experience this evening. I've been holding off making a review, but enough is enough. The manager or the owner needs to try being here more often or do something about their employees and their poor attitudes.

Haven’t been there in a while and decided to try them again, 11:30 they aren’t busy the couple ahead of us are waiting to order after waiting 20 minutes for them to take their order and still haven’t taken their order we left and went somewhere else , this place is as bad as the rest of their shitty restaurants.
