Over an hour between waiting to order. Cashier seemed to be high. We finally requested refund and left.
The food here is pretty good. Everything here is nice but man, i cant focus on eating my food. Theres a female manager with both doors to the kitchen open and shes just being so loud, basically yelling, getting onto the employee's back there. Like its overbearing, really cant focus with just all the yelling, atleast have the common courtesy to close kitchen doors and do it not in view of the dining room.
I used to love their food, but it is really overpriced now! Every time I get take out, they get it wrong. Paid $20 for a 1/2 pound burger and a literal handful of fries. No drink. Got home with my order and they didn't even put my second order of fries in the bag after I waited almost an hour. Staff can be really rude, as well. I ordered medium but received a cooked to death smash burger.
It definitely was not half pound or medium. People can't afford to support local at these inflated prices, and, sadly, this level of service at this establishment has become par for the course.
Been waiting 35 minutes for my order and still have not seen it.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!! We were THE ONLY customers in the restaurant…patiently waited after placing our order for 45 minutes before walking to ask if our food was almost ready, only to be told it had been sitting by the drive thru window! Asked if they could quickly remake & refund! Told no! Finally got a refund & left with no food!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!
Less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Burgers were good fries were hot. Highly recommend!

I mean where do I begin honestly. First time ordering from this business. So I get online so I can look at the menu and we ended up placing an order online since it was 5 different meals and no one knew what they wanted since again first time customers. So we placed the order it said pick up time 15-20 mins. Which was 7:29pm-7:35pm. We actually placed this order in the parking lot since we didn’t know if they even had online ordering. So my husband goes in at 7:35 she said oh well it’s gonna be 745 the system says you said 745. Never seen a time option but I’m new to their system so I was like maybe I did something wrong cool well wait no biggie. So I go this time in at 745 on the dot and have one set of customers in front of me so it’s a few mins past that time thinking no way it’s not gonna be ready. WRONG!! She said oh it’s gonna be a few more minutes. Okay like how many she said we are pulling the buns now. So I’m standing there waiting and watching and listening to the girls talking up a storm back there. Never coming back. I now see why it’s always a ghost town when I drive by. Now listen I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 16 I currently work at one now so I understood stuff happens. But literally this was uncalled for. The food was blah for 60 dollars I could have made a better burger at home. It was 805 by the time I walked away with food. We got there around 7 no cars in the parking lot. They said oh we’ve been busy blah blah one cook. And one of the people leave while we are literally waiting for our food. Who knew 7pm when you close at 8 pm is too late to get a burger and good service. Now we know.
I normally never leave bad reviews because I don’t usually get upset about bad service but today I was blown away by the unprofessionalism of one of the managers. I’m sure the food is good but I left upset and hungry. She was absolutely horrible! I will not be back for that reason only !

Naomi was very helpful. Melissa the general manager was very rude. tables, floors, in all condiments on top of the tables were sticky. the atmosphere in the restaurant was a very uncomfortable intense due to how we try to get her to address how the charge appeared on are Bank application. when my husband said it is showing for another establishment she got almost combative and defensive and was saying it ain't here it is on your end you need to call your bank and so on and so on. even after he said down she kept going on of how we needed to contact our bank that is copyright infringement and that is not the definition of copyright infringement. we wanted to make sure that we didn't get charged at two places and also that burger grind was paid. we called our bank everything was good it was just a glitch in the app. sitting there listening to how she talks to her team and then to call out the name on the order because me and my family affectionately calls him the Mexican if that's a problem of people picking what they want to put on the order then switch to table tent numbers or a sign orders a number at the counter or hire a hostess. when I try to address issues she would interrupt me and then told me I was making people uncomfortable so I asked for refund and said we would not be returning as to not make anybody uncomfortable again I do not get refunds except to return items that don't fit or don't work or do I complain but if I was the owner of this establishment I would want to know that this happened and this is the only reason I'm leaving this.
Went in an hour before they closed, half the tables in the restaurant had chairs up looking closed. Asked the first person I saw if they were still open and she rudely replied “NO we’re open till 9” as she was the only person behind the counter. Waited a few minutes and finally a nicer young lady came to the register and took our order. Took about 20 minutes for two burgers as we were the only people in there. Which working in a restaurant/ running a restaurant it shouldn’t take nearly as long. Burger was okay I don’t believe the beef is grinded, Fries were burned. Decided to go and look at the reviews and others had similar issues with this same person I believe she is a manager of some sort has absolutely no clue how to deal with customers or staff. As we walked out she told her employees as they were mopping mind you an hour before closing to take the chairs down so it don’t look like they’re closed. Will not be going back, rather eat Arby’s and get 10x better service. Would highly recommend some changes around this place.

So I have been here many times but went recently and had an experience unlike any before. My mother and I went to eat and ordered burgers and fries. I forgot my ranch on initial order so asked the cashier if there was a charge while we were still at register. She said yes for .55 cents. I gave her a dollar and said she could keep the change as I didn't want to run my card for such a small amount. Note I also tipped on my initial order at the counter as well. We waiting about 10 to 15 mins and they brought my mom's full order and brought my burger but no fries. They said they had to drop some and would bring back out. I asked for my ranch and the girl went to go get it . She then comes back with ranch in hand and says " did you pay for this ?" I told her I did that I gave the lady at the register $1. She then asks for my receipt. Keep in mind still haven't gotten my fries and they are giving me crap over
.55 cent ranch. She takes my ranch and goes to verify I paid for it then brings it back. So mom and I started to eat and I was literally almost done with my burger and still no fries... my mother goes to the front to ask about the fries and the lady from the kitchen I guess heard her and came out. She was extremely rude in her tone and told my mom they will be there when they are done cooking and they should have told us it would be 5 to 10 mins .. I overheard her as well and could tell the lady was aggravated. Here's my thing I totally get things take time to cook and we had waited till I was almost done with my food to even ask but when we walked in there was only a few ppl there. The place was dead. It is called time management and preparedness. And if you can't accomplish that at least be apologetic and nice as you are in the service industry. That is a big part of the job. Overall this service all around was horrible and we obviously will not be going back. This place use to be good and I'm shocked it's still in business with service like that. If I could give zero stars on service I would! Ridiculous!
