Amazing Burgers!! The burgers are flavorfull and filling. The staff is amazing and service is wonderful. I do miss the old arcade machine that they use to have but the envirnoment is pretty retro and i love the bicycles and decorations on the wall.

My husband and I went here for the first time a month or so ago and we were really craving a good burger. The server we had was very friendly and knowledgeable, I greatly appreciated her recommendations. The food was great, the milkshakes definitely hit the spot. The location is very easy to get to. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

We had an order called in for pickup and when we got there we paid for the order and then decided later to add a cup of gravy. The same card we just had used wasn't going through so the cashier went to get her manager.When the manager came out she had the same issue so she was doing something on the tablet for a minute and then she hands me a receipt to sign. I explained to her that I already signed a receipt for the original order that I had already paid for so this one should only be for $0.90 + tax. She didn't care to explain and immediately got an attitude. She said "No that's not how it works here" in a rude tone. She then walks off and is mumbling under her breath. To which when she heard us say she shouldn't have an attitude, we just don't understand why we're signing two receipts that are showing us being charged twice. She came back and said in an even more rude voice "Well that's not how it works here all I did was update your order, it won't charge you twice the charge will go away tonight". So we asked for the first receipt that I signed that didn't include the gravy.When all she had to do was explain in the beginning without the horrible attitude that since the card wasn't going through all she was going to do was edit the order and the charge would update on my card whenever it processes, similar to how tips are added.TLDR: "Yes, you're not getting charged twice, this receipt is just showing that we updated the charge to include the gravy. It's the same idea of how a tip is added onto a check. Once it processes the updated charge will show" is how she could've responded, there is no reason to be rude or have an attitude.It wouldn't have been an issue if this is what she would have done, but the attitude was the cherry on top. The last time we visited this restaurant we heard the manager using vulgar language in the kitchen when one of our orders came out wrong. I'm assuming this is the same lady. I know workers are hard to come buy, but I mean they must have been really scraping the barrel for this manager.It's very disappointing when trying to support a local business and this is how the service is. The food is nothing spectacular, but it's much faster than going to a crowded chain restaurant. Unfortunately the way the customer service is it ruins the environment at the restaurant so in hindsight you're better off waiting in line at Texas Roadhouse or even other local restaurants that take pride in their customer service and reputation. (Magic Grill, Coney Island, Fish House) At MG or FH there will be a wait likely, but that's because the food is better and the service is actually good.

They would serve us the fries without an additional charge because they failed to ring us up for them. The staff was rude, incompetent, and lazy.Additionally, water cups were an extra charge and the water tasted dirty.Had the manager been apologetic and served us the fries without an additional charge because the order was so wrong, I would be less frustrated, but the manager of the restaurant was barking orders at her staff and not taking care of her customers.Nothing about this dining experience was pleasant and I will not recommend this restaurant to anybody.

If you are looking for that extra in your burger, this is the place to go. With a variety of choices, you had better come hungry. The portions are more than enough for two people just from one burger. The service is always great but be prepared to wait just a little longer than your average fast-food location. This is not a bad thing, because your burger is cooked fresh and any sides as well. The ambiance of the location is laid back and easygoing. Great for relaxing date nights or just to hang with friends.

My Grilled Chicken Sandwich was great, the hamburger was ok, just a little messy when eating and the sweet potato fries/ curly q fries were ok. What I didn't care for was that you had to purchase each item separately, ex. burger, fries, drink...it is a little on the pricey side...you give a tip, but the service you receive is them walking your food to the table. They should consider combos, some would like that. Also when getting ready to place our order, I stepped up to the person in front of me, but I was instructed to place my order with the person to my right. That didn't make any sense to me. An ok place not sure we will go back.
Went for lunch today and bit into a black rock that somehow ended up in my burger. Showed it to the kid at the front and requested a manger, who was apparently too busy to address the problem and continued to serve potentially contaminated food to the packed restaurant. They took my name and number and said they would get around to issuing me a refund. Took my brother going back up there before they issued a refund for less than the cost of my burger. I would not let one of my kids finish eating after I found a rock in mine, the others had already finished eating. I have no idea how a rock ended up being in there, and I am afraid to find out now after eating half of it. However, I know for sure that I will not be going back, mostly because it was handled completely inappropriately and without concern for all those customers in the restaurant.

We have been eating here for years and it has always been good until recently (the last month or so - this is February 2024.) The last two times we have gotten burgers from here they have tasted bland, the meat didn't taste fresh, and the fries tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. The first time it happened I chalked it up to just a fluke, any restaurant can have an off day. But we ordered from there tonight and the same thing but even worse. It tastes like they are using cheaper ingredients and not seasoning anything at all. Won't be going back anytime soon.
The last few visits have not been great, but today, took the cake. I ordered the tacos, and they were tasteless and cold. Plus, they heated the lettuce and tomatoes on the grill to heat the flour tortilla. Gross! I told the lady I couldn't eat them, but I'd take a BLT instead because it was fast and my friend was done with her food. She totally ignored what I said and wanted 10.00 for the sandwich. I told her no, and to cancel the order and gave her the uneaten tacos. I won't be back!

It’s a nice place and can be good the food quality is not consistent. I ordered a hamburger and fries and then a hamburger steak and fries and was upcharged $1 when I selected mash potatoes as my side and I specifically asked if the fries came with it too . I was told yes and I asked for them to be unsalted , she even put it on the receipt .I canceled the other order of fries because we only need one order .( Everything is priced individually) I waited for my order an extra long time when it was finally given to me she told me the employee did see that I was there waiting .I took the food and to my surprise My food was COLD ! I went back inside and told them to atleast give me the gravy that came with it and asked where my fries were and was told very rudely that it was one or the other . I reminded the person that we talked about this and she told me yes the fries would come with it, only to be told SORRY no fries. That she didn’t know , no attempt was made to correct the the situation. I paid $25 for poor quality and rude service .As a side note when you enter you should not have to wait for the counter person to decide to come to the counter. ( people waited some more than a few minutes )for the disabled lady to come out of the kitchen . Unprofessional .

Stopped in to have some burgers and it was delicious! We had the Texan and cheddar burgers with onion rings and sweet potato fries, highly recommended! The onion rings were some of the best ones I’ve had so far. We will definitely be back!
