I placed a phone order for pickup today for some beef Pho. I pulled up in thr drive thru to pay and get my food. Unfortunately, they do not accept Mastercard and that's all I had with me, so I was unable to get my food. I understood and headed back to work.
Management called me after I'd left and apologize and asked for me to return to the store. Since I was nearly back to office and short on time, I told her I was unable to return. She then proceeded to ask me where I worked so she could bring the food to me at no cost to me.
Wow. This is hands down the best customer service experience I've had since I've lived in Monroe. Thank you! I will be referring everyone I know tomorrow store. I should also mention the food was amazing and now I'm uncomfortably full!!!

Staff was super sweet and patient with me trying to figure out what I hadn't had yet.
I finally Got the chance to stop in the Viet Coffee House & to my surprise it was freaking awesome. The employees were so friendly and helpful. Super Happy Environment! (Which we need more of.)I am use to my Boba Milk Tea being freshly made by a man from Nepal so I am very picky and hard to please when it comes to other places. With that being said these guys hit the nail on the head with this drink! It's was amazing!! The price was super cheap, $7 for a small which was about 10 inches tall. If you haven't been by there, I suggest you make a mad dash to it. Its definitely worth it. Keep up the good work, i would love to see yall stay.

I was visiting Louisiana as a pit stop on my travel and happened to come across this place. Let’s just say I’m an avid Pho LOVER - I could eat pho every day & consider it as comfort food, therefore extremely picky about how my soup tastes. I come from Texas and I have tasted so many different kinds of soups but this is the freshest pho broth I have tasted without an “aftertaste”! It is so delicious, inspired to be achieved as an authentic home cooked meal rather than a fast food service industry. The food is great quality with the value of your money as well. The owner is super sweet & gave a warm welcome as I came in to eat :) I have yet to try their drinks, but that will be for another day as I hope to come back.
