My husband & I just ordered some food from this restaurant & the total was &80.59 upon pick up! The cashier/waitress or whoever it was charged my card $93.54! When I called to ask them about this, they had the audacity to tell me that I had to call the bank to get my money back! This is why I don’t trust these people right now today! What kind of service is this? I will NEVER, NEVER purchase anything else from them & I’m giving everyone heads up when it comes to these thieves! If I don’t get my money back, I promise you that GOD is going to bring them down! They’re going to lose much more than what they stole!! Watch & see! Our very first time ordering from this place & this is what happens! We’ve never had anything like this happen before 😡

I did not have a good experience at this location. Shook the ketchup bottle and what appeared to be water from underneath the cap of the bottle went all over my food. I think they washed the bottle and didn't get it dry maybe. Then I attempted to get up from the booth and the entire cushion portion slid out from underneath me. I almost fell into the void underneath it. When approached by management, they said that area underneath the cushions were used for storage. My entire meal was taken care of by management. Thanks for that. I really like the food at Walk-ons, but I will not be visiting this location again. Just beware when sitting in a booth, or you may end up in the black 🕳.

The bartender Presley and Anna were both very sweet and never let my drinks get low. They were hilarious and recommended some really good drinks. I had a blueberry majito.

Issue pickup.. why does it wreak of mamajuana at the pickup door?? By the back wall outside?? Does anyone know why someone would be smoking dope by the back door behind that Wall.

Favorite place to go in west Monroe/ Monroe area. If you want good food and a great environment to just chill, come here. Presley was attentive and fun, ask for her!
