I don't what this evening crew has going on in West Monroe but it's a disgrace the food that's being served there! The burger I ordered wasn't correct and tasted like it's three hours old! Stone cold! Dr. Pepper watered down!

This is literally the worst Wendy’s in town every so often I think huh why don’t I go to Wendy’s that much and get reminded why I don’t they could have the literally flash the super hero working for them and they still take 30 minutes for you to get TO THE WINDOW not even pay and wait on your order I’m atheist but Jesus Christ man hire some people they have to be perfect just make sure they show and wash their hands it should not take a hour to a damn hamburger

I am not sure how or why but either they get my order wrong, overcook the chicken, or ask me to pull ahead and wait for more than 5 minutes. If you have no place else to go then it works.

My husband ordered 'regular' hamburger with no ketchup. He always stresses 'no ketchup' because he can't stand ketchup. I said I would have the same. Both burgers had a load of ketchup, two pickles and cheese. I said these look like the dollar menu burgers at McDonalds. They had given us junior burgers and they were disgusting. We will not be going back to this store.

I ordered a frosty and waited over 15 minutes and finally drove off… some of us have to go to work and don’t have time to wait over 15 minutes for a simple ice cream!!! Managers need to be sure those who are working the drive thru are actually capable!!! $4.63 wasted!!! Sorry service stay away!!!!

Yeah the guy who worked the drive dru tonight around 12am was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with, extremely rude for no reason at all. He will be the reason we never go to this stupid Wendy’s worst experience ever

Heard about the 7 dollar deal on the radio. Got a single and nuggets (not for me as I don't like chicken). Service was much better than my sonic experience, I was never contacted after informing the event on sonics website. Wendy's scores much better
