Literally received uncooked fries, cold burgers and nuggets. CAME BACK!! They had remade my order when I got off the phone with the manager and since it was after 9 when I arrived back. I had to wait in drive thru. So my order got handed to me Luke Warm! I called you on a cold order came back for a replacement and you make it as soon as we get off the phone knowing it's going to have to sit till I arrive? Then I get stuck in drive thru for 15 minutes on top of it bc the drive thru had 4 cars proceeded on the right before getting to the ones on the left?!?Now I'm in your drive thru having to wait again to get a refund!! This is insane. . Never coming back to this location.

I was here 1531 and the counter woman was terrific. Apparently she made a mistake in giving the order to me first instead of the drive through and the manager decided to chastise her unprofessionally in front of the customer I found it rude and disrespectful I compliment the cashier but management was very disrespectful to

(Drive Thru Experiences) They always get my drink wrong and make me sick. I ask for a zero soda every time, and unless I watch over their shoulders its a 50/50 for if I get a sugar soda or not. I have type 1diabetes so this is very important!! If I catch the wrong soda and ask for the right one they'll get pissy about it, its honestly not worth the hassle of coming here anymore.

Waited out front for 15 minutes nobody would come to the register to take our order!! One employee kept walking by us and hollering 2 up front but nobody came so we left !! Will not be back to that store , you need to fire them all and start

Stopped here for dinner one night and everything was wrong. We ordered pretzel baconators. They only came with one patty and 2 strips of bacon. We were also missing a burger that we paid for. Fries were also cold. That's the last time my money will be spent here as well.

We stopped by to grab lunch and to enjoy some of those free frostys! The service was very friendly and helpful. When I went to the cashier to ask for my wife's missing drink, by the time I started talking she knew exactly what I was saying and got it herself. Liked the fact that she didn't start second guessing me and assuming I was wrong. Now the food was good and freshly made.

So it’s been a while since I stopped at a local Wendy’s, lots has changed first I wanna say their new queso burger is good I still want to add the queso fries are good as well. Their service was unbelievable I was in the line in the drive-through line for a total of five minutes my food came out hot. They gave me my food with a smile asked how my day was everybody seem like they had a great attitude this Wendy’s really impressed me. Thank you.
