my debit card was given to another customer, ordered just a frosty, server handed me frosty at first window, took my debit card, left with it, and said she would bring it back to me, around 1 minute elapsed, car in front of me pulled off and I could see same server in the next window so I pulled forward, server had given my debit card to the car in front of me who left with it, one of the other servers apologized, I received nothing in return, I had to take time to resolve the issue, and had to worry about fraud

If I could do 0 stars I would. The workers have been rude with little to no customer service, you can't understand them half the time, some are more worried about chatting on the phone rather than doing their job. We paid for the large to get the extra fries and drink since it was only 60 cents, the fry container isn't much different in size as it is and then they didn't fill them all the way. And I ordered 2, they where both only partially filled. It's getting obnoxious to go and get food... the rudness is astounding!

Came her after the fiasco with Cypress St. And just wasn't in the mood to explain to a speaker what happened. They let me pull forward to explain. They made all my food fresh, and rang me out! Thank you Ladies! Because we are so hungry and just want some food hot food and unfortunately I have to replaced my broken microwave. So thank both of y'all for listening and understanding why I'm asking you to make some HOT food. Bc at this point I don't think I'd care if y'all just refried it as long as it's hot! I will be back to this location. And my fries are cooked! Lol

So on Sunday 18th stopped by to get the new burrito. I asked for bacon she like it doesn't come with bacon, I told her ..yes it does... She said is having a bad morning and say it does come with bacon. I paid for it and was asked to pulled forward to wait, waited almost 10 mins. Their was potato in the bag, so I thought maybe they added them because of the wait. Well got home no burrito that I had to wait for, but a chicken biscuit and 2 order of potato. So I guess someone got my order and I just sat there for no reason.... Plus no receipt in bag or given at the window, all I have to prove I was there is my debit charge on my acct. Please do better... The chicken biscuit had maple smell, I can't eat maple syrup.... So money was just wasted on nothing. Next I will check the bag.

Half of my food was missing. The burrito had a few small pieces of broken bacon. It had a piece of potato on one half of it. It had a lot of egg and not much of anything else. It was NOT worth the price.

We had a lady in the drive-through who was precious!!! It was late, and I know she was probably tired and ready to go, but she made us (myself and my four children) feel like we were the most important customers she ever had. Customer service is important to me, and I am grateful we had her. We had a rough day and she acted exactly how I know Jesus wants us to, which is show the love of Him in everything we do. We loved her!!! If she ever reads this, I hope she has the best day and if she keeps that positive attitude, she is going to do great things! God is going to bless her. ?
