YIKES. Whoever worked tonight the front 2 ladies should not be in customer service. First off the lady taking orders was rude to every customer I saw her interact. Told them to hurry and choose what they want. Also 2 customers were asking who wanted to go first and she said “Eenie meanie miney mow hurry and one of yall come up here”. I give wingstop a 5 star rating because my second visit was better than the first. The manager went above and beyond to please and take care of us. The first visit we had rude employees, no napkins or forks. The entire restaurant was filthy. And the cashier was on her phone the entire time. We was contacted by a manager and she fixed everything. First off when we got there to order the girl was rude as could be.... no forks when asked her for some forks she got mad and was rude about it then there was no more napkins so when I asked for more napkins she said we ain’t got no more..... so I went and got the napkins out the bathroom and almost every table was dirty why the girl played on her cellphone.....
