I happened to go in here during, what had to feel like a night of hell for the employees here. It was National Wing Day, and wow were they busy. I watched this team handle everything they could the best they could, including being yelled at, cursed at, having people reach over and try to snatched orders out of their hands. People lying and picking up the wrong orders, but still there persevered. I cannot tell you enough how well they responded to a night that would have left most either waking out, or giving the dame energy they received. Kudos to this team and give them a raise!!

That was the worst experience of my life. I never even got my order because I had somewhere else to be (I waited over an hour after they said my order would be done). The guy who was “handing out orders” was clearly high as a kite and mumbled the whole time. If he wasn’t mumbling he was just standing there doing nothing when there was orders ready to be handed out. Even the woman who seemed to be the manager had a pissy attitude. Coming from someone who works in fast food, you find out who is there and make their order first over who ordered first. I typically love this place, but that was a terrible experience. That whole crew sucked

This store does not accept cash. It took them 25 minutes to put the money back on my card when I changed my mind about the order. I just don't understand why this eating place does not take any cash.

I was told my order was going to take another hour on top of the 20 mins I had already waited. I asked to cancel and for a refund. Never got it. Called 3 times and kept getting told that the GM would take care of it but he was never there.

The food is solid, atmosphere lacking, and they are severely understaffed for the volume of orders they receive which means you will wait an eternity for your “fast” food.

And to whom it may concern they do not accept cash payments.

Of the last three delivery orders I’ve received from this location, I have had missing items >$3 per order missing from them every single time. I understand it happening once and maybe even twice, but three times in a row is hard to ignore as a mistake.

Ordered food from this location, I tell the lady at the counter my name for online pick up, makes me wait 20 mins before letting me know they never had a ticket for my order. They need new management or workers for sure

The food was good, the service from Devon today was perfect, that dude was crazy good at his job, and whatever change in management has happened has really turned this place around. I’ve never left a review about anything before, but Devon took my order I felt like I had to, great job!

So I decided to try the west monroe wingstop since i was wanting wings and refuse to go to the monroe location again. Well, I won't be eating wings from Wingstop anymore. Granted, i did show up an hour and 20 mins before close but you would have assumed the location closed in 5 mins from the reaction of all inside. I let that slide, maybe they have been busy and were ready to go home, i get that. NO CASH ACCEPTED. WTH, now at 1st I was going to say something but the lady at the register said sorry and that was enough. I told her thank you and to have a great evening. Wingstop, we had a good run but that run is now over. IF you cannot accept my cash, I won't be shopping there anymore.

The wings were great! But we ordered online early and still waited 15 minutes pass the "your order will be done by" window... 7:05pm to 7:50pm waiting on fried wings was unbelievable.

The lady at the counter was very rude and pushy with the customers.

We had the worst experience at this locations. We ordered pick up dinner for our family and only received half of it. We called to let them know they told us they’d have it ready for us so we headed back up there. Waited an hour and 15 min for them to continue to tell my husband his wings would be ready in 4 minutes..they were almost done..etc. after waiting that long he finally asked for a refund. They ONLY refunded us for the missing wings. Not the other part of our dinner that got cold while we were waiting on them to give us the missing part of our order. They were very rude. Very unprofessional. We will never be back to this location. Sad bc we loved this place for a long time but it’s most definitely gone downhill. The manager wouldn’t even speak to my husband. He said the girls who worked the register were playing around the entire time he was in there. What a JOKE!

YIKES. Whoever worked tonight the front 2 ladies should not be in customer service. First off the lady taking orders was rude to every customer I saw her interact. Told them to hurry and choose what they want. Also 2 customers were asking who wanted to go first and she said “Eenie meanie miney mow hurry and one of yall come up here”. Acted like she had something better to do with her night instead of doing her job nicely. The lady handing out to go bags was rude as well. When I got my order she said “make sure it all there” which I thought was weird because they’re supposed to do that. I looked in the bag and saw the correct number of containers so I figured it was right. I left with my 4 children and got back to the hotel. When we proceeded to eat the wings were not correct in any way. We ordered 2 of the boneless wing $16.99 20 wing meal. Not only were there only 15 wings in the boxes instead of 20. The flavors weren’t even right. When my husband went back to get it corrected the lady responded “I told her to Check the bag before she left”. First that’s not my job. Second I’m ready to go eat. Third I paid you and your store to make sure it’s correct. I think she knew it was incorrect to begin with. She then walked away when my husband was trying to respond with what was wrong. Her name is Meisha supposedly. I would love to contact the store owners because I personally wouldn’t want my store ran by these individuals
