We stopped for lunch while in Winnfield and our food was good. My husband got a new burger and the picture made it look to be bigger but he was disappointed with the size. He said he should have stuck with what he normally gets.

Ordered A large coke with extra ice and a small mozzarella sticks today. The mozzarella sticks were cold, hard as if they had been made the day before. The coke with extremely sweet and flat. So disappointed that I spent 7.00 on this and had to throw it away.

I am there at least twice a week, sometimes twice a day. Car-hops always friendly, service great.
I drove through the drive through and ordered a Lemon Water. I took a sip and something came through the straw and I thought it was a lemon seed. I had a large fingernail clipping in my water. I go there daily and I’m totally disgusted.

I have been to this Sonic a lot It's the only one in my area. I have l had great service here till about the last 3 weeks. My first incident I ordered 2 smash burger meals on the app. When I got there my app wouldn't come up. So I told them I had an app order. They kept telling me to restart the app which I did. Finally after 30 min of waiting I stopped a carhop to check on my order. She came back and had my order which was not hot anymore it had been ready but just sitting on the counter. The next time I ordered 3 Rt.44 it took me pushing the red button after checking in and waiting for 15 min to ask about my app order. The girl still had the mic on and said omg it's sitting right here.

They randomly add items to your order then tell you to call the sonic app for refund. It took me 3 times to say I didn’t order something for them to eventually say call the app. It’s like they just wanted me to pay for something I didn’t order NOR receive.
