I drove through the drive through and ordered a Lemon Water. I took a sip and something came through the straw and I thought it was a lemon seed. I had a large fingernail clipping in my water. I go there daily and I’m totally disgusted.

I have been to this Sonic a lot It's the only one in my area. I have l had great service here till about the last 3 weeks. My first incident I ordered 2 smash burger meals on the app. When I got there my app wouldn't come up. So I told them I had an app order. They kept telling me to restart the app which I did. Finally after 30 min of waiting I stopped a carhop to check on my order. She came back and had my order which was not hot anymore it had been ready but just sitting on the counter. The next time I ordered 3 Rt.44 it took me pushing the red button after checking in and waiting for 15 min to ask about my app order. The girl still had the mic on and said omg it's sitting right here.

Suuuucks, slow service, order signs broken, getting food orders wrong, no sauces in the bag when you've specifically asked for it. This seems to be a theme of the greater sonic chains, at least in the central Louisiana area. Well, at least there's a playground

They randomly add items to your order then tell you to call the sonic app for refund. It took me 3 times to say I didn’t order something for them to eventually say call the app. It’s like they just wanted me to pay for something I didn’t order NOR receive.

If there was a zero star. This would get it. We just went to this Sonic to get a drink. We first stopped in a stall, pushed the button and waited. Five minutes later we decided to go through the drive thru. 5 more minutes pass and nothing. On the way out, there was an employee in the inside leaning against the drive thru window obviously texting on her cell phone. This was not a busy part of the day. This was 3:30 in the afternoon. I'm so disappointed in this Sonic.
Drive threw waited 12 minutes at window for a Diet coke. Saw lady fix it then fixed a few more drinks. I sit at window with cars behind me for 12 minutes. So I left with no drink
I am there at least twice a week, sometimes twice a day. Car-hops always friendly, service great.
