Posted hours are 10 am to 8 pm. I drove into the drive thru at 615 pm after seeing three people in the kitchen as I drove up. I sat at the order speaker for 8 minutes. No one seemed to deem it fit to take my order so I drove off. This, mind you, was over an hour and a half before posted closing time. I already had low expectations before I went to the establishment but I figured someone would at least take my order. Don't waste your time with this business.

This location closes whenever they feel like it... I was there at 7pm and they were closed and it was suppose to be open until 8pm I enjoy eating at KFC but not the one in Winnsboro Louisiana I do not recommend them at all... when they are open the service is poorly and the team is extremely rude... this place needs a whole new team or it needs to be shut down asap before someone gets deathly sick from the mishandling of the food and products...

Walked in and was greeted by a lady that had an aggressive tone that I almost said forget this place and almost left But, was already there so ordered. I asked for two of the #1’s with coleslaw.
When I got home to start to eat, no coleslaw. In its place was mash potato and gravy. Not what i asked for.
I decided to call to let them know but they never answered the phone they just picked it up and hung up on me. I let it ring for about 2-3 min.
I know they were not busy because I saw then sitting around talking when we walked in and and no other people were there but, employees.
I WON’T BE BACK!!

Stopped by for lunch on a Sunday. There were just two young men working the counter and kitchen but they were the most efficient and polite workers we’ve run across in a long time. Other restaurants need to take notice.

Went to KFC today. They had the buffet open! It was the best I’ve ever had! Absolutely the best friendliest employees. The food was cooked fresh and the buffet was kept full. I will definitely be going back and I highly recommend you give them a try!!

Large KFC but even at this late date they still have lobby closed for online orders Only. At 3:45pm only have dark meat in crispy. It's almost as if restaurants no longer want to serve Anyone not in a vehicle at there window. Just sad Corona Hysteria has brought so Many Sheep spirited citizens out.

The worst ever!!! Never, ever have Chicken wings and seems like they don’t care either. How you not have any wings during the afternoon. Are they saving them for themselves? Plus you can’t call in and complain because no one dare to answer the phone. Unbelievable!!! Need to fire and hire new Manager!!!

Customer service is terrible. Bad attitudes and rude. I understand customers can be difficult but they chose the job and should do better. The place should be shut down.
