It took a very long time to get out drinks and 1 order of fries!!! Frappe was not available. I ordered a caramel iced drink. It was so weak, no taste!

We ordered counter pickup and when to get it and the doors were locked. We sat in line for 40 minutes. The only reason I didn’t leave was because I had already paid for it. Every time we come they are out of drinks.

Do not recommend stopping here. Would give less than 1 star if I was able. Went in the building almost slipped down. No rugs down and it's been raining. The floors greasy. It was like walking on a slip and slide. Ordered a deluxe spicy chicken meal. Got a regular spicy chicken sandwich. Took it back to be fixed, could here the workers complaining it was right and that was on my order. When it was not. The only thing I asked to be left off was onion on a quarter ponder. Fries where cold as well. If you like McDonald's go to a different location because this one was bad.

I just left the Mac Donald's in winnsboroLa.the service was poor the food was not fresh.you can say it was old I ordered a fis sandwich sandwich and a Mac value meal,my fish sandwich was dry and my grandchild couldn't eat the burger that was in the Mac value meal the,the cheese was and the burger meat was dry and the meat left an off taste in the mouth the food was just trash,and we had to stand a long while waiting on our food,so I rate this MacDonalds with 10 Dumbs Down!!!!!!!!!!

Had to ask the workers to take our order and the one worker said she was busy doing something else and with attitude, I will take your order though. Very rude. Even the manager was rude to someone that was missing food out of their order. The guy in front of me said waited 20 minutes to order and then gave wrong food and had to give refund for some of the order.

The absolute worst mcdonalds if you need anything in a hurry. Waited in line for 40 minutes and the line wasnt moving so i parked to go inside just to get ignored the whole time. Horrible place.

I asked for a Happy meal with a hamburger. I got a cheeseburger. It took several minutes for anyone to even come to the register to take my order. My order sat on the counter for several minutes before it was handed to me. I asked if it was mine and she said yes and handed it over. I asked for a diet coke, she brought a regular coke. There were no napkins for us to get, we had to ask for that also. I used the restroom. It was clean, she had just mopped it while we were eating. But, she just placed tolhe toilet paper on top of the grab bar and not in the tp holder. I was not impressed at all!

I try to give them a chance cause my son loves eating there.. but I don’t anymore since they never cook the food all the way, the food taste like they already cooked it the day before.. they are very rude.. need better management and employees there..
I’ve tried to get a frappe in the morning for at least a month every morning they say machine is down same thing with the ice cream machine for a month I can understand if something’s broken but a month and they are rude about everything.

I uninstalled the app because I can never get through the drive-thru in less than 20 minutes on a rainy Sunday even though I order ahead of time. I'll go somewhere that can give me faster service from now on.
