Being from Illinois and moving to the Winsborro area, we have been eating out a lot as we remodel our house. We have been going to this location at least twice a week ordering the same thing, enough to feed 16 people. While there tonight the cashier was very rude, I was in the middle of placing my order when another employee wiping a table on the floor told her to take their order and she would come up and fix it so she didn’t have to do anything and the cashier yelled what? Okay no problem, as I was telling her my sides, she yelled back to the kitchen, okay no problem. I told my husband to order the rest, the cashier told us our total?? We were not done ordering!! My husband said forget it and walked out. I was going to pay for what I had already ordered that way I could feed my kids at least, for the girl who was wiping the table to come up to the counter and start running her mouth. “People don’t know what someone is going through or what kind of day they having, gonna come in here acting like that.” Excuse me? I told the cashier to give me my money back and told the other girl that she wasn’t up here and doesn’t not know what happened and had no reason to come up there running her mouth for her to tell me and I quote “racist white people always coming in here starting” he almost hit that little boy with the door, what little boy? I was calm and cool until she said that. The audacity of her calling me a racist when she doesn’t know me, she doesn’t know anything about me!That is discrimination and ethnically wrong. We were the only ones in the store at that point when my husband left. The manager was telling her to stop and she kept going!!! I told her she could lose her job and her reply was I don’t care it don’t mean nothing and then called me the devil?? And that God has her.
I don’t care if you are having a bad day, you took it out on me (Kiera) If you or the other cashier that had the horrid attitude were having bad days, maybe neither of you should have been on the front line with customers.
With that said, I can hold Popeyes liable for her discrimination and allowing a hostile environment (the manager did nothing but tell her to stop and she kept going)

Worst experience We have had here. We ordered $80 worth of food. We waited for 45 minutes and finally had to go and get a refund. They didn’t even have our ticket anymore. Horrible.

First time at this location as I was traveling. There were a lot of people waiting. The gentleman took my order but, never offered a receipt. There was a sweet lady that had ordered ahead of me that kept waiting for her order, she finally asked if they had her order and was told no, she showed the manager, that had a name tag with Margaret on it. That manager grabbed the receipt handed the customer some money. The customer said she didn't want her money back, she just wanted her food. That manager yelled at her that she couldn't get any food there. I felt bad, the customer started crying and the manager cursed her. Needless to say I will never eat at this Popeyes again.

I've never worked at a place that just could not except that people have things going on in their life that does not retain to them. They are very irresponsible with your food and what they give you. It's not they don't care about you they all just rather have fun. And sometimes that can be great but in every station you see them talking it's a no brainier if you ever wonder why your chicken is late or cold. Most of all if you want to work here I wouldn't suggest nothing but a couple of months. The pay is not worth your time or your stress because they will stress you out. Not the people but the employees. And the managers. They all act like they play by the rules until it's someone they like. I've cleaned baseboards and places no one else goes. I've got things off of seats because they tell me I need to find something to do. While there was this woman that cursed so much and my manager was just laughing with her. Not caring how much she was doing which was nothing. He even let her be on her phone. While I was cleaning the bathrooms. Y'all I'm not complaining I promise IDC about hard work even if I feel like I don't wanna do it I still gotta make my money but when I'm telling y'all the women will make you wanna quit while the men make you not as aggressive but some of them are good. That whole place needs to be whipped clean I know the good workers will come back like Candice, Mrs d, Justin, both Brittany's and more but a lot of the people there real life only there to get a check and leave be aware of who's in that place. I don't have reason to because my life won't be revolved around this place that I start hating the people here but this is insane. I've had a lot of people come to me about y'all chicken and I'm just being the honest I can be. I'm not making this because Im getting fired or something I just feel like people ask me about they chicken and I never give them a straight up answer.

August 17 at 9:20pm I was not very happy when I requested very nicely to add an extra biscuit to my meal as I have done in the past before to only be rudely told they couldn't do it that I would have to drive all the way around for a single biscuit.... whomever this young lady was... was extremely rude and very loud and disrespectful over the intercom and she needs to be fired for acting like she did not only to me but others as well and I'm very disappointed in how this company has let in such childish rude ppl to run the place.
