Rude arrogant woman working the window, which made me rude and arrogant back. If you hate your job or don’t know how to treat and talk to people, do not work in customer service. My daughter had just had oral surgery and we were first in line at opening of business. The woman opened the window and said we just opened and you can go back in line and slammed window. I know. We had been sitting there for 10 minutes waiting on them to open to get mash potatoes. Manager excuse was we all have bad days. It is 10am..

I very much enjoy our local Popeyes. Food is always hot, staff is friendly. I normally use drive through, and it is an easier experience than at some places I have been.

Do better. The staff working with no gloves. Not all staff was wearing hairnets. The chicken was half cooked and not drained properly. The drive through line was a long wait time. The lady at the drive through window can do better in customer service and there was a young lady at the counter that has a nasty attitude with some customer. Winnsboro is small but a great town but let's step up. You all are a reflect the company and your community. I love eating at this location but last night was my first horrible experience. So shine people like i know you all can. Be blessed and we will see you all on our next trip to Winnsboro.

Customer Service is absolutely AWFUL NEVER EVER get a THANK YOU??NEVER EVER get a SMILE??? Get asked what kind of dipping sauce you want however, most of the time it’s not in the order. The so called Hostess with the initials DT finally hands me my order with her BACK TURNED to me??? What the what. Awful, feels like the consumer is bothering them and it is insulting!!!
