The fish was horrible the shrimp rubbery and the fries was cold . The ketchup tasted like vinegar and Tatar sauce tasted like pickles

The food was overcooked, the grease they used was old. The place wasn't very clean, dark and dingy. I don't think the windows had ever been cleaned. The service was slow, waited 20 minutes to get an appetizer and longer to get our meal which was the daily special. Asked for a to go box and ended up having to get it myself. I could have understood if they were busy, but there were only two more tables of two people. Will never go back and never recommend this place.

We ordered lunch for our office the other day, I paid and picked up our order. When I looked at our ticket to give everyone their total I noticed they charged us full price for burgers instead of the lunch price! I sent them a message on Facebook and they responded immediately and resolved the issue that day! Thankful for their immediate response and taking care of us!

I came in at one and was immediately told that they were closing in a few minutes. Oh I said the website says 2. She said oh yeah I’m just in a hurry to finish up. I asked if I had time to get a lunch she said yes. Ok then… I ordered. She brought my ticket before she brought my food. I’m not a baby so don’t call me one. I used to enjoy eating there but after that and a drive through experience going totally bad I’ll think long and hard before coming back.

I called to place an order for 3 fillets and fries and was informed it came with an additional side, so I added étouffée. Under the impression that I was ordering a single meal, I was not given the price over the phone. Upon arrival, my husband and I were surprised to be charged $65.21. We clarified that we ordered 3 fillets, not 3 fish platters, but were told that’s not how they handle orders. If this was the case, why not tell us this over the phone. My husband decided to pay and leave. Overall, the experience felt misleading, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone visiting Winnsboro.

When you have customers coming to your restaurant spending a minimum of $75 per visit on a Saturday evening you would consider their feedback. My husband and I were there this Saturday he was served a bad steak which was so hard and tough that neither he nor I could chew it. We spoke to the staff concerning it the person waiting on us told us, “there is nothing that I can do with that” Just wanted to tell you we are trying to patronize local business but we don’t have to. The most powerful selling tool is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! walking around saying, MY BABY does not make it okay to tell us we have to pay for a bad steak and have no other concern or care And by the way we paid our bill In full left the whole steak on the table…. now what are you going to do with that ??? I’m sure you threw it out just like I feel we did with our money we spent there Saturday night. But ever since this place has had new ownership it has went down hill

I came in at 10:15 am
They said they was no longer serving breakfast
That they stop serving at 10:30 am
The waitress said they was out of biscuits
I will not return to this restaurant I drive 25 miles to the waffle house
