Ordered a pretzel and a lemonade I would think it would have had a piece of lemon in it but it didn't but when I go to other Sonics I get it the pretzel had no salt when I had expressed strongly that I met in a nice way that I wanted to have a lot of salt on it I got the opposite it was hard as a rock and cold I wasn't the one wanting to go there somebody else was wanting to go there so I really had no choice in the matter I wasn't driving because I've gotten to point I don't ever want to step foot in the Sonic in Winnsboro now there's other ones that I have but that one the food is never really good and I really don't come up with that good of service and I am one that is a good Tipper to my servers cuz I know what it's like I've been there beforeVegetarian options: I did not see one thing vegan on your listDietary restrictions: Really didn't see much of anything with any dietary restrictions on there either

They guard marinara packets like they are pure gold. Never give with cheese sticks and if you call back and ask for it they claim that gave it and try to charge you for another. Worst service, mid food. Hate it here.

The service is absolutely degrading. The food is overcooked/over fried. The carhop will argue with the customer about whether or not they get sauce with their chicken strips or cheese sticks. I have even had the car hop tell me that I am lying when stating that there is no sauce in the chicken strip basket. When I got to the cheese sticks they told me, "I know that there was ranch in there because I put it in there!". However, marinara was what was ordered with the cheese sticks and she demanded that I pay for the sauce that I had already paid for with the meal pricing. You cannot have a successful business when you let immature people run your business. Winnsboro, Louisiana SONIC needs to be cleaned out of HORRIBLE attitude having immature people. Oh and you cannot complain because "you think that you are privileged", if I pay for something no matter how small I expect that to be given to me without any vulgar remarks or discrimination. YOU CAN DO BETTER AND YOU SHOULD

It's a Sonic. The food's good. A few inaccuracies on orders, but nothing worth getting upset over, but if one orders through the app, everything is very clear and specific. That's human error and people not paying attention to detail.
