I had crawfish from Clark's yesterday, and it was sheer perfection! The seasoning was just right, and the crawfish were large and clean. In addition, the cook was very friendly, and they were playing 88.7, while I sat in the shade and ate my crawfish.
I have had crawfish from all over texas and louisiana... me and my wife stopped by yesterday and bought 20 lbs and I got to say that was the best crawfish I have ever had.
Perfectly seasoned they drop em fresh they don't sit in coolers yall. If you want good crawfish that's not to hot but just the right spice and flavor and texture GO CHECK THEM OUT HANDS DOWN THE BEST EVER!!!!

We were visiting from California and a local said we had to try them out. Everything was really good. We all fought over the Étouffée! Crawfish were amazing! And we should have bought more crab.
