Update October1st 2025 : they are doing better since the complaints of incorrect orders & unclean service. Sept 2025, the 2 different Managers doing good job just everyone has to do better with every customer.

Food is always good and hot. But employees are lazy,sometimes disrespectful, and normally let gossip and outside bad talk enter the kitchen and open area,sometime screaming.

This was the best fast food experience I ever had here in Louisiana. The food was hot, fresh, and perfectly made in minutes. I was at the drive thru speaker and driving away with my perfect meal in no more than 3 minutes. I am so happy to see people going above and beyond to do their job right. Everyone working at this Wendy's on this date should be proud of the work they are doing and I hope that other people in life could match there excellence. So happy right now!!!!
