My niece Joanie Martinez brought me a plate of Zwolle pasta...TO DIE FOR!! The dish was perfectly cooked from shrimp to pasta...wonderfully seasoned with a heat thar faded and didn't stick on the pallet and burn your mouth up and thr fry bread! Absolutely heaven...a very balanced dish that I would order over and over!! Awesome job Travis...I will be ordering in the future.

You gave out a recipe for Hog Maw & Chitterlings, try this way sometime, my grandmothers recipe. After cooking chitterlings to tender, cut into 3 to 4 inch strips, make a batter like you would fry fish in, toss in mixture, fry to crisp. It’s soooooo delicious, I didn’t like them just boiled, but couldn’t get enough when my grandmother fried them, lol😂😂😂 Try them, you could add them to your family gatherings, see how they disappear, she also cooked tripe the same way, delicious as well.
