Last 2 times I went to this location they didn't give me the right order... lady in window was rude, didn't know what I ordered and when I tried correcting her on what my order was her only response was, " this is what you ordered take it or leave it"... I would not recommend this location to anyone... very unprofessional and very disorganized

Food is garbage other than donuts and muffins. Drive thru and online orders take precedence over people at the counter and because of that it took way too long to get a basic hot coffee.

Terrible service. Walked in to get a drink and can’t even get a welcome to Dunkin Donuts or greet. Employees walking around but couldn’t even take an order or let me know that they are busy at the moment. Manager was there but couldn’t even come take the order or send someone or let someone know that there are people at the cashier. Waited for 5-10 min and not one person came over to cashier. New management is terrible. Old management was better. Rather drive to Brockton to get better coffee and customer service.

Best latte at dunks ever. Regular window lady is the best!
They mess up my coffee or latte EVERY single time I go there, the coffee & espresso is always burnt and taste like it’s been sitting.. clearly just a bunch of lazy people working. I will go an extra 15 minutes out of way to go to a different Dunkin’s to avoid this one.

This place needs to get it together. Takes 30+ minutes to be served sometimes, and the drive thru is a complete mess. When you go inside, the staff stare at you instead of taking your order, and act like you aren’t there.
