For two years straight every time I come to this Dunkin I have a problem it’s either missing item or something unnecessary added or just a complete wrong order. I’ve been to so many Dunkin’s and this is the worst one so far 0/10 I don’t like to give reviews like this but the shop needs to get better

I ordered $6 meal deal with sandwich only egg & Cheese but she made bacon egg cheese sandwich! I don’t eat pork, I just make sure my food is perfect, First time I’m experiencing very horrible with who served me, a girl arguing very rude and attitude, disrespectful, I’m not recommending this place.

Horrible service. Two of the times I went -one time a trailer was parked under the drive-thru making it impossible to even order. The other time I went, there was a frightening looking woman who forgot my orange juice and took a bite out of my English muffin sandwich. Zero Stars would not recommend

I had a bad experience today, i order 4 orders of the 6 dollar deal I didn’t get all my harsh browns ,only get 2, they give me an extra sandwich I didn’t ask for, they only give me 1 coffee instead of 4, they could’ve taken 1 minute and complete my order, I always had good service but today was different

The women who work the day shifts there do a terrible job and made me wait 10 minutes at the drive-thru when it wasn’t busy at all. They need new staff 👎

I asked for a refresher.. they gave me an energy drink instead…. Won’t be back.they kept giving me the wrong stuff and over burnt my food.

Don't order iced tea here. The taste was unrecognizable and gave me a headache. I'm not sure if they left cleaner in it or what 🤮. Took one sip and left it in my car when I got to work.

Last 2 times I went to this location they didn't give me the right order... lady in window was rude, didn't know what I ordered and when I tried correcting her on what my order was her only response was, " this is what you ordered take it or leave it"... I would not recommend this location to anyone... very unprofessional and very disorganized
