This place needs to get it together. Takes 30+ minutes to be served sometimes, and the drive thru is a complete mess. When you go inside, the staff stare at you instead of taking your order, and act like you aren’t there.

almost every time i come here they mess SOMETHING up. today i went and got a bacon and egg no cheese on a plain bagel. i get home it’s a bacon and cheese no egg. so i go back and they gave me my correct sandwich but when i get home and open it, the bagel is BARELY toasted it’s all mushy and gross. i waited for a few minutes so i don’t understand why my bagel is barely cooked?the only good thing was that the girl on the window was nice the first time i went today.

I went to this store about 20 minutes ago and they got my order wrong, when I went back through the drive thru to correct it they wouldn’t take back the old drink to dispose of it and told me to throw it away myself in the garbage at the front of the store. I didn’t want to make a scene so I just left but I felt this was very disrespectful and unacceptable especially since they were the ones who messed up the drink. This is not the first time they got my order wrong.

Ever since new owner this place is disgusting! I ordered a coffee yesterday and it was full of coffee grounds! Absolutely Gross ?! Everything I order is Gross ?

Very annoying that you always have to ask them to gently take a donut and place it in the bag. Otherwise it gets ripped to shreds smooshed all over and just horrible. And when you do ask they look at you all upset like you did something wrong.I'm not sure if I should just go around the counter and get it myself. What's the worse that's going to happen they aren't going to do their jobs and ask me to leave are they? If management or the owner could let me know what to do next time or just give me permission to go get my own doughnut this will solve the issue.

Every single time I go through the drive through and get the guy with the black and grey beard my order is wrong in someway shape or form. Never pays attention, different price every time. Horrible service.
We ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese on it. The woman at the window said “with cream cheese on it?” And we said yes. We got our order and the bagel was black burnt and the cream cheese was not on it. This makes it difficult for customers who are on their way to their destination and don’t have time to spread cream cheese on their bagels.

Just got avocado toast from this dunks and it has so little avocado spread the thin layer has been absorbed by the bread and there is no seasoning. If you’re out of avocado spread and everything seasoning, tell me and I’ll order something else. So disappointing.
