Anthony, who works the drive through most afternoons, is an absolute gem. He always has the best attitude, a genuine smile, and he works so hard. Id love to see him get some recognition for it. We love you, Anthony!!!

1) Person in-charge of drive thru on 28 June 2024 afternoon is rude and disrespectful.
2) Served wrong order and served cold bagel and bagel minis even though I selected toasted in mg online order. Upon asking at the window, she showed attitude and said she can’t help and was disrespectful.

I came inside the lobby to order a frozen coffee and it was very pale white and didn't taste like coffee at all. I asked if she could remake it because it didn't taste good. She gave me an attitude and didn't apologize, or even try to be understanding. After she made it again, it still tasted like frozen cream, no coffee at all. I couldnt drink it so I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes at me, put the money in my hand, and turned her back to me. Not a word or anything. Like, if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on others that had nothing to do with it. Will be calling Custer service this monday to complain, not going to return either, I'm sure that will make her happy.

Really horrible customer service. I placed the order for loaded hash browns and they gave me just harsh browns. I came back and they said they didn’t have it so they gave me harsh brown without saying anything and charged me full price of loaded harsh browns. And she gave me attitude. Never want to come

Went here this morning. Asked for a coffee and some food. The lady at the register had a bad cold. Preceeded to cough into her hands. Then handles the food with no gloves just the wax tissue.Needles to say, I had to chuck the food.
The help should not talk about there frustration out loud, I was waiting too pickup an order for a customer for 10 minutes but didn’t complain about it, all the food was sitting there getting cold and just needed to wait for a box a joe which takes time and I had no problem with that until one of the girls told another that order is waiting for a box of joe and her response was they can f…..n wait out loud, so unprofessional and you never know who is standing in front off you

Very ignorant at the drive thru when someone says thank you your supposed to say YOUR WELCOME!!!!!! You need to learn how to be respectful.
