I came inside the lobby to order a frozen coffee and it was very pale white and didn't taste like coffee at all. I asked if she could remake it because it didn't taste good. She gave me an attitude and didn't apologize, or even try to be understanding. After she made it again, it still tasted like frozen cream, no coffee at all. I couldnt drink it so I asked for a refund and she rolled her eyes at me, put the money in my hand, and turned her back to me. Not a word or anything. Like, if you're having a bad day, don't take it out on others that had nothing to do with it. Will be calling Custer service this monday to complain, not going to return either, I'm sure that will make her happy.

I came back and they said they didn’t have it so they gave me harsh brown without saying anything and charged me full price of loaded harsh browns. And she gave me attitude. Never want to come

This Dunkin's is located at a super-busy Abington intersection, so slow down, turn the blinker on, and give drivers behind you plenty of heads up as you're pulling into the drive-thru - and beware of traffic racing out of the intersection as you pull out of it. Otherwise, the store interior is compact (although it does have a handful of tables where you can sit and relax) and there are only a handful of parking spaces that are shared with the Subway next door. As with other Dunkin's, you'll find the same, predictable offerings here: processed empty-carb baked goods, sugary iced drinks, bland coffee, and ultra-zapped hot items. It's fast food, after all. Still, a dependable pit stop, especially if you can get your food and drink cheaply thanks to all the deals and bonus points on their mobile app. Mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with inane, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. Went here this morning. Asked for a coffee and some food. The lady at the register had a bad cold. Preceeded to cough into her hands. Then handles the food with no gloves just the wax tissue.Needles to say, I had to chuck the food.

The help should not talk about there frustration out loud, I was waiting too pickup an order for a customer for 10 minutes but didn’t complain about it, all the food was sitting there getting cold and just needed to wait for a box a joe which takes time and I had no problem with that until one of the girls told another that order is waiting for a box of joe and her response was they can f…..n wait out loud, so unprofessional and you never know who is standing in front off you

People are super nice and not so d**** meaning the got a brain, that's important when you trust them to get your food/coffee together. Beware if you buy a large ice coffee with creamer that put 4 creams in which makes flavored milk instead of flavored coffe. I'd take one cream for dark with cream 2 a little lighter and so on.That's just there goto 4 creams way to much...

Never disappointed at this dunkins, the employees are so friendly and always have a smile, the service is super fast pace and whole place is clean kept everytime. The parking is usually full but that's understandable for how amazing they are!
