This was our second visit to Giardinos. We had been for some drinks and desert for Christmas, and now for Valentines day lunch. Both experiences were similar unfortunately. The positives of this place are that its very nicely decorated for the holiday you are celebrating. Plenty of set ups for nice pictures with your significant other, family, or just with your friends. They also have fun drinks with some nice gimmicks. Unfortunately thats where the positives end. To start, the place seems extremely under staffed. Both times we visited they had one bartender working who was trying to serve the entire restaurant and bar, this lead to extremely long wait times just to get out drinks whether we were at the bar or a table. It was so bad that our appetizer had came to the table and we had finished it before our drinks even arrived. Which leads to the food review itself. The food could be summed up with saying it was barely passable. We started with the giant meatballs. I knew they were going to be anything but good the second my fork and knife touched them. They were some of the toughest meatballs I have ever had. Besides the toughness they were all but tasteless. They were severed with an over abundance of sauce and ricotta cheese, which would have been okay if they came with maybe a few slices of bread to accompany it. We then waited for our main course which like someone else's appetizer was offered to us, they tried to deliver to another customer, as it seems some of the organization skills of the restaurant needs attention as well. My fiance got the chicken marsala which came highly recommended from out waiter and I ordered the steak tips gorgonzola. She said the sauce for the marsala was good but the dish was still underseasoned. The steak gorgonzola wasn't bad, steak was a little tough and there wasn't much of it, three steak tips if I remember correctly on the full portion option I ordered from the menu. The pasta was cooked well though and the sauce was actually very good. This time we decided to skip desert as the previous visit during christmas made it clear desert was not good. We ordered the "home made, fresh" tiramisu. I am a huge sweets person and tiramisu is one of my favorite deserts so I was excited to try it. What a let down it was. The desert was so bad that I didnt take more than two bites before returning it. It was definitely frozen and it was just bad overall. I even had the bartender try it and she confirmed my complaints. With all these issues we will likely not be back except to maybe grab a drink we will have to wait for and to take some holiday photo-op pictures. For the price and service I would honestly avoid this place for anything other that a drink and some pictures.

Delicious pasta and Rissotto dishes! Can't wait to go back and try more of their menu. We celebrated Valentine's 2 days earlier, Giardino's did not disappoint with the decor 👏 the lights inside the drinks in every table around us was so much fun!

We entered the restaurant at 5:10 PM and were seated at the last high-top booth in the bar area. Throughout our time waiting to be greeted, multiple staff members made eye contact with us, yet no one approached our table. The restaurant was not busy—we were actually the only booth seated in the bar area. I would have been understanding if it had simply been an oversight, but we were clearly seen several times.

As someone who has worked as a waitress for eight years, I have a great deal of patience and understanding for how things can sometimes fall behind. However, it wasn’t until around 5:35 PM—25 minutes after being seated—that a staff member, who appeared to be a busser, brought us bread and water and let us know a server would be with us shortly.

After that, we waited an additional 15 minutes, again being seen by staff multiple times without acknowledgment. At that point, after 45 minutes without being properly greeted or having our order taken, we decided to leave.

Given my own experience in the industry, I understand that delays can happen, but a 45-minute wait without service in a non-busy restaurant is simply unacceptable.

First timer! I was impressed with the themed decor. Absolutely beautiful.
The food and drinks were reasonably priced. It was a busy night and it felt a little tight with the seating near the bar. I'd visit again.

Food was excellent, portions were a good size, not too much. The dessert servings were on the small side. Would definitely go again.

Of you don't want a big meal, you have the option to order portion, not so hungry. I can't remember what I ordered, but I ate everything because it was good.

Restaurant is nicely decorated with a warm and friendly ambiance. Staff is polite and friendly, but not always efficient Food is okay but nothing special. Menu has lots of variety and prices are reasonable.

Giardino’s is an absolute gem! The aesthetic vibe is stunning, and the space is perfect for gatherings. The staff is attentive and welcoming. The portions are generous, and every dish is a flavor explosion. The seafood stew was fresh and flavorful, the pasta hearty and satisfying, and the steak tips risotto had the perfect cheesy bite. Don’t miss the crispy duck breast and the amazing Banoffee for dessert. A feast I’ll remember—highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back!
